“The service delivery was very good but this toshiba bag is not good In terms of anti-slip shoulder straps. Anti-slip shoulder straps are very short and thin.”

“The website was easy to use and allowed clear comparisons between different models of laptop. Delivery was very quick, with an option to use Collect+ from a local shop (saves waiting in for a parcel to arrive). Communication throughout the ordering and delivery process was efficient, and aftersales service was also efficient. All this, combined with a competitive price, made for a smooth purchase.”

“Delighted with the Lenovo laptop which is just as described. There was a small problem with the delivery by Box company, not caused by SaveonLaptops, which customer services at Save resolved immediately. The lady who spoke to me was extremely helpful and courteous. I would be glad to use SaveonLaptops again and to recommend them.”

“Cannot fault ordering and delivery,(next day) On connecting up item was faulty.The returns dpt.were helpful and arranged collection of the item.Don't yet know when replacement will arrive.”

“Laptop delivered thursday evening. Due to shift work did not have time to open and inspect it until saturday. The delivery packaging was a grey bag folded several times around the laptop box. After removing the grey wrapping i fould the laptop box very badly dented along the spin. This went straight through to the inner packaging. Which has resulted in screen being smashed and 80% of the screen shattered. Have had to go online and process a replacement but due to working hours have not heard anything back other than an automated message. This may just be a one off and due to someone poorly handling the laptop. I hope the replacemeant will be in great condition and well worth the value. On the positives the process for purchase was simple and easy to complete and the delivery all be it damaged was very quick. Richard”

“Bought a laptop recently and I am very happy with saveonlaptops. Bought a laptop and got a message next day saying there is an issue with my order and I should call them. Was a bit worried about this but apparently it is a normal security check. It is even stated on their website that they do that from time to time to make sure there is no card fraud or anything. Delivery was very fast. I chose Collect+ option so after work I could collect my laptop which I did. They kept updating me through messages frequently and I am very happy with the overall service quality.”

“There's not really much to say. The order was taken and delivered by courier within 3 days. The laptop was as described and worked out of the box. Can't ask for much more. I'm very pleased with the laptop, but that's feedback for Lenovo.”
