Very pleased with your efficient service. The guys that delivered my order were very prompt and polite. There was just one issue with my bank during verification of my order which I was told by one of your staff was due to my address being different from the delivery address. I can assure you that my bank details for my address are correct and that we have been with the same bank since 1965, therefore I cannot understand why there was an issue. One small point, I tried out the free travel mug which arrived with my laptop and found out that it's absolutely useless. However many thanks for your excellent service.

Product excellent. Delivery a shambles, paid £25 for a Saturday delivery and it didn't arrive until following Tuesday.

reliable no problems delivered when expected exactly as ordered sealed box, no tampering no reason to complain or send back so cant comment on customer service

When I first tried to use this laptop, I found that it was freezing up and would not change pages. Hooking up to the internet was extremely hard and staying connected was becoming a issue. After uninstalling McAfee, I downloaded Norton Anti-virus to the laptop. McAfee has always been a issue with every laptop that I have purchased. If It is possible, I would request that McAfee fix their issues so the laptop would run properly when it is first turned on. Uninstalling McAfee also helps to speed up the laptop. This is a major issue that I think all companies should be informed about.

Bought an £800 laptop. Straight out of the box it had dead pixels on the screen. Contacted them to discuss the issue and got an email reply which was a simple copy and paste job of their terms and conditions and which didn’t even address the nature of my query. Basically, I have a Full HD laptop screen which has dead pixels on it like a sore thumb, but because the number of dead pixels is below the threshold stated in their terms it is deemed 'acceptable'. Sorry, it is not acceptable. I’ve owned dozens of LCD screen devices in the past and this is the first time ever that I’ve experienced dead pixels. I didn't even know what they were before and had to Google it to find out. It’s also the first time that I’ve ever used Save On Laptops. They seem to be perfectly at ease selling sub-standard products. My advice to others is that if you care about the pixels on your screen then go with a company who offers a ‘dead pixel guarantee’ - even if you have to pay a bit extra for it. I went with Save On Laptops because they were the cheapest. Silly me eh ...

Dear Customer, As you only previously advised of 'one dead pixel' you were informed accordingly in line with the Gigabyte's pixel policy. If you are now claiming that there is more than the previously advised one dead pixel, please could you provide a photograph of the dead pixels via email to returns@box.co.uk. - Returns Dept.

Laptop would not activate on arrival. Obtained 'Dead On Arrival' confirmation code from manufacturer (Acer - this involved going through a specific procedure) as required by seller and returned item to seller. Seller stated they tested item and found 'not faulty' (ignoring Acer's findings) and said I must pay return postage to get back the laptop (with what was at best an intermittent fault). Seller said they would retest and get back to me. I spoke to them on 3 occasions each time they have promised to call me back but have failed to do so. I simply required a working laptop without intermittent fault. So having paid and still without laptop for more than 3 weeks, I submitted the matter to PayPay resolution procedure and received a refund within a few days.

Best price available for this laptop, about £40 cheaper than Amazon. Quick delivery and very happy with the laptop itself.

Ordered Friday 31st at 2.30pm for next day delivery (should have been delivered Monday), its now Thursday and still nothing even though I've had a Order Despatched (Friday) and Order Feedback emails (today).

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. After looking through your order and looking in to the tracking I can see they attempted delivery twice. However no one was home to accept delivery. As the courier only attempts twice for delivery this was returned back to the warehouse. I can confirm this has been refunded in full back to you. I will be looking in to this further to investigate why delivery did not take place on the correct day. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Ordered laptop around lunchtime on the Friday and opted for standard delivery. However, laptop arrived on the Monday morning after receiving a text with a delivery time slot. Really happy with service.
