“Straightforward laptop. Functional. Does what it is supposed to. Only slight downside is the distance between the edge of the computerand the keyboard which is uncomfortable for my small hands to wrest on the desktop and use. Have to have my hands up in the air.”

“I was disappointed that the lap top sent out to me hadn't been checked to make sure it was fully functional. Speed of collection from me was good (1 day) but took over 7 days to get a refund because they had to make sure the fault was actually there (which they would have know had they checked it in the first place!). Rather frustrating because after a good deal of internet searching I'm now back at square 1.”

“Bought this laptop for gaming (eg, Starcraft 1/2, Football Manager 2014 & KOA: Reckoning) and working from home (software development). Due to the speccs it was great for both. I am also able to use as a host machine for VMs (for work) which was a nice bonus).”

“I purchased the acer aspire v5 just before xmas and I would like to say I'm very happy with my purchase I was looking for a particular colour and in light weight as I suffer with arthritis and can not pick up certain things but this laptop is lovely and light I looked every where for this type of laptop and when some places did sell it it was nearly 4oo pounds but then I found save on laptops and their it was my laptop perfect colour perfect weight and very very perfect price 269 pound thank you save on laptops I will definatley recommend you to family and friends keep up the good savings from melanie in sawley long Eaton.”

“I have bought 2 laptops from you last year. These both arrived on time. However, I purchased the 2nd laptop as a Christmas present for my son who lives apart from me. I paid extra for the Norton antivirus. I assumed the Norton program had been installed with the other apps in the computer. It was only some weeks following Christmas that my son lost the use of the computer through a virus. It was only at this time that I realised that the Norton antivirus program had not been included in the package. I checked the computer and there were certainly no DVD disc in the parcel. I called the company highlighting this fact, but got no sympathy or help as to something which was your mistake. I am really dismayed at your lack of understanding and lack of customer care. I will certainly not be dealing with you again in the future.. yOU DO NOT DESERVE LOYAL CUSTOMERS”
