“I spent a lot of time looking into which laptop to buy. Went to shops, searched online for the best specs and prices. I bought from save on laptops because the price was excellent for the spec of machine I wanted. The finance was a good option too as well as the fast delivery. Speaking of delivery, I paid for 3 working day delivery and it arrived in 2! So pleased. The laptop itself is superb. Hp Omen; sleek, very fast, easy to set up (great for someone new to windows 10 like me) and it does everything it should with no fuss.”

“The parcel arrived two days after I've placed the order, which is great, but as far as I am aware, I've ordered a new product. The package was unsealed, it just some scotch on it. The original seal from ASUS was broken. The backpack wasn't in a bag or something like that. The headphones were full of dust, which in my opinion shouldn't be as they were brand new, and also the seal of the mouse was opened. I've sent you an email and you've confirmed that is a new product, not a used one. Then why are the products used? The laptop itself was full of fingerprints and used. This is unacceptable!”

“I ordered a laptop that had been upgraded from 8 to 16 gb of ram, but it had multiple faults and clearly had not been tested. It had a faulty fan and a dodgy screen that kept flashing/changing colours. The only way to contact Save on Laptops about this is via email, their calls are sales related only and they have no live chat (Although I later found out Box.co.uk is the same company and they DO have live chat which I used). I had to wait quite a long time for the laptop to arrive only for it to be faulty. I then had to send it back for testing, waiting even longer without my money in my account and no laptop, for them to finally confirm the fault and tell me they'll offer me a refund, but I am still now waiting for the money to come back into my account after over 3 weeks of messing around. The laptop came with a free MSI backpack and mouse bundle, but they told me to send that back too, the least they could have done is let me keep it for the trouble, I've been waiting just under a month without my money or a laptop. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the prices are competitive.”
