“Incredibly fast delivery, ordered on a Sunday, arrived on Tues after confirming address and payment acct on Mon. The laptop so far is exactly what i wanted, high spec at a very good cost, would be paying an awful lot more for same spec for Sony or Acer for example. I am happy with the product and wish I had come across this firm a few yrs ago, I highly recommend them, and I am recommending them to my friends.”

“When looking to buy a new 17 inch laptop I wnated one with a 4th gen i5 and a dedicated graphics card, this ensures the fastest available combination without spending a fortune. The toshiba c70-B-10E, is just that model, other makers with this spec are a fair bit more. Nevertheless I wanted more, so changed the HHD hard drive for a 256gb Solid state drive SSD, cost £92 from Amazon, this is a complex job, best undertaken by a computer "doctor" I have a really nice IT man who comes round to our house and does any repair/installation for £30, you must remember that the SSD is blank, so you need to put in a Windows operating system, I put in Windows 7 (so much better than 8) and then all the drivers, all are easy and take little time except the graphics card which took about 45 minutes, the laptop is now stunning, with a boot up from cold in just a few seconds, its even faster than my very expensive Toshiba Portege z830. The design is pretty usual, neat and tidy, nice screen, sound is a bit so-so, but ok, connectivity is good thanks to a good quality wifi (network) card, which you will not find in a cheap laptop, and lastly price, I hunted all over the internet and "Save on Laptops" were £30 cheaper than their nearest competitor, the computor was ordered on Friday, with free shipping and arrived on Tuesday, a first class service...so all in all at £568, this is a great laptop, once you have put in a SSD, ...if you are looking to send £4 to £500 spend that little extra, this is an excellent laptop....Alan”

“One of the two machines ordered did not work properly - faulty mouse pad. Rather than dealing with the supplier - Save on Laptops - for the return we had to contact the manufacturer - Acer. This then means further problems re-registering the software for a replacement machine. OK you get what you pay for in this world, but it would be much better if either, or both, the manufacturer and seller actually tested machinery before they were dispatched. It takes hours to set up a new machine, and all of this time has been watsed by us trying to do it with a faulty machine, only to have to repeat the exercise all over again in a day or two when the replacement machine arrives. Frustrating - not all the fault of Save on Laptops, but more a general problem with the industry where buyers do not deal with the seller for faulty products - as is usual under the Sale/Supply of Goods Acts - but made to talk to the manufacturer. Acer were quick and helpful, but had the machine been properly checked before it was dispatched none of this waste of our time would have occured.”

“Bought a Lenovo laptop and the price was lower than elsewhere (for that specification). The delivery using the free "Collect+" service was excellent - I could pick up the laptop locally at my convenience. Overall excellent service and product.”

“Really impressed. Web site very easy to use and order process very straightforward. Plenty of delivery options. Once order was paved, there was plenty of communication, along with a link to the courier to track the delivery. Delivery was on time. Will no doubt use Save On Laptops again.”

“Brilliant service, very secure, good delivery only problem was the laptop arrived with no courier damage but upon opening i realised the badge on the back of the screen had a few scratches (which is strange for a factory sealed laptop) but even so the laptop is brilliant thanks guys.”
