“The laptop Was working well till I update to windows 8.1 works but now when it's charging the screen goes black/ dark”

“This is the second laptop I've bought from here and would recommend them to anyone. They exceeded their delivery time and I got the laptop the following day. The price was the best I could get anywhere as well. Very impressed!”

“Great tab, quick, light to carry around. Sufficient aps on Windows 8. Find the stylus very useful and has plenty of memory. Only criticism would be that the camera and the screen resolution could be better.”

“Great start with laptop arriving promptly. Unfortunately neither the optical drive nor the mouse pad worked. I returned the laptop using Collect + and was given a receipt and tracking number. Save on Laptops could not find the returned laptop and kept me waiting from 9th Jan until 12th Feb before eventually making a refund. I won't be using them again”

“I have to confess that it took me a while to get used to windows 8.1 on my new laptop, but that was the only initial issue. I am now comfortable with this. I can use the apps or alternatively just click on desktop and use it like any ordinary computer. I love that when I am looking for a programme or a file all I need to do start writing the name of it anywhere on the right side of the screen and it automatically and very quickly finds it for me! The speed is great and it has performed every task I've asked of it very well indeed. The red colour looks smart too! I previously had a very light weight laptop, and this one is certainly heavier, but it feels sturdier and I suspect it will last longer. Overall I am very happy with this laptop. I feel it was very good value for money considering its fairly high specification. I would certainly recommend it.”

“Really prompt professional service received had no issues with getting the laptop and the price I paid was really good I even had a call just after the purchase which I thought from a customer service point of view was really reassuring especially when purchasing something of that value. My only one concern would be that I purchased the insurance package for accidental damage through yourselves yet despite sending off the relevant form in the box for the MSI warranty I still have no pack or information with regards to this policy and wouldn't know what to do if something was to go wrong.”

“I love my laptop! I purchased an ASUS K55A-SX364H in September 2013, initially a bid fiddly to get round Windows 8 but once I got used to it it's been brilliant. My first laptop. Love it!”

“Ordered a laptop to be delivered by click & collect. Had email saying it was ready for collection, but when I turned up it wasn't there. Spoke to Click & Collect who said they would have to launch an investigation which could take several weeks. So I contacted Save On Laptops who told me that I couldn't have a refund or replacement and would have to wait until the investigation was completed. I didn't how it was my problem if their supplier has lost the laptop ? Fortunately the click & collect people quickly found the laptop and I got it the next day. But I was extremely unimpressed with how Save on Laptops dealt with the issue, had it really been lost I would have been taking matters further with VISA to recover my money!”
