“I ordered my new Lenovo laptop on the Monday afternoon, after spending days looking at other sites and their reviews. The free delivery would arrive within 5 working days, my parcel was delivered at 13.00 on the Wednesday, after receiving texts from Save on Laptops informing me of the progress of my order and the carrier who also told me the delivery time within an hour. My brand new laptop arrived in its factory sealed package albeit very cold so I unpacked it opened the lid and left it to warm up for the rest of the day. Its working fine I'm so pleased with the product and the service provided by Save on Laptops I'll certainly recommend them to my friends.”

“Order was placed pm Tuesday, Laptop delivered 24 hours later. Kept informed of delivery status. Item received in a well packed manner and nothing missing. Chose Saveonlaptops because after researching other sites this was the best vALUE FOR MONEY”

“Two purchases- first was supplied without an optical drive, despite spec listing. Second order has been lost in transit. I need this laptop urgently to operate efficiently at work. On the plus side- my communications with Save on Laptops have been good.”

“Excellent service ordered the Asus Strix gtx1060 gaming laptop on Sunday evening arrived on a Wednesday on 5 day free shipping only issue the free promotion code for the free indie game didn't work on the nvidia site as it said it was already claimed I must of been given a bad code...other than that I'm really glad I can now play pc games”

“I was amazed that Save on Laptops were able to send me a factory sealed, high end laptop at £300 less than the high street suppliers. Buying was straightforward and the laptop was delivered next day. Brilliant laptop, very pleased, and I would happily buy again.”

“Shipping is fast and they are very quick to take your money, but when things dont go to plan for what ever reason, even if they have sent you faulty or goods that are not described expect them to be to be slow at response and likely will expect you to pay to have it sent back even when you have just received it. They will argue the toss with you and you wont get to speak to 'the manager' and your emails will be ignored. Present themselves as a big company in reality its 1 office with a few staff and see there customer service as pain in the rear, better off at one of the other big retailers!”

“Happy to now have the laptop delivered. I was let down a little by the fact that it got to me a day late. I was relying on the basis of the next working day delivery but the order was not processed till Wednesday even though the order was placed on Monday evening. Most competitively priced though.”
