“My order was placed late on Monday evening and delivered in full on Wednesday morning. Everything in perfect condition and as described on saveonlaptops website. Saveonlaptops even contacted me to check the details of my order as I wanted it delivered to a different address than the payment details, nice touch to prevent fraud. The only thing I could possibly complain about was that saveonlaptops informed me that my order was being sent on DPD (tracking details were provided). The case and software I ordered duely arrived on DPD but the actual laptop arrived via Parcelforce on a separate delivery. A heads up this was happening could have saved some confusion. All in all though saveonlaptops were much more professional and quick compaired to other pc selling websites I have tried previously.”

“Please could you explain how I can download windows 8.1. It is not clear how I'm supposed to do this despite the packaging telling me that I should have a licence to download it.”

“On first recieving my £600 brand new laptop I was very excited. Well packaged and presented. I was then rapidly brought down to earth to find that despite its spec, it was incredibly slow.... Slower that my partners 3 year old Packard Bell laptop. This was extremely annoying.... I then went about letting it update over night, then all through the next day finally saying 'update complete'.... I restarted it to find 'fingers crossed' no issues at all.... It now has the performance I first expected straight out of the box.... I was on the verge of sending it straight back but now I am satisfied it was more a windows 8.1 update issue, more than a component defect issue. Hopefully it continues to perform as it does now... Hence 4 stars. Would buy again, but would appreciate not having to wait two days for updates...”

“Delivery was not exactly plain sailing. When tracking the delivery, it came up delivered but no package had arrived in the designated address. After calls and emails to parcel force and the supplier the package was delivered next day.”

“First off, Parcel Force failed to complete a 'next day delivery' option which I paid for. I spoke to a different Save on Sales customer sales representative twice this week regarding a refund. Twice they promised a call back inside of a few hours of the initial call. They never did. If you make promises to a customer, keep them. Otherwise I may as well have paid an extra £50 and gone to John Lewis and avoided the sloppy service all round. I will not use this company again. It is not worth the aggravation.”
