“Excellent service, even accommodated a change in delivery date as I was not around to take delivery on the 1st day. The courier delivered the laptop early in the 1 hour time slot. The laptop is just what I wanted.”

“Fast delivery, nice prices. I would give VERY GOOD, but my laptop (MSI gs60 ghost) came with a broken CPU fan, so I have to send it to MSI for a repair. This is not SoL fault so almost very good.”

“Laptop was dead on arrival, return pick up was and after 5 attemps of 5 min of ringing out I finally sorted a collect plus return . Its my 2nd order and I have recommended you to several friends but didn't realise the hoops you make your customers jump through to return stuff. I will welcome a refund and will consider my options before makibg another purchase.”

“I am very disappointed. The reason is because I paid for an expensive good laptop (msi gs60) and it came with a dead pixel and a port that wouldn't fit my headphones well. These things do happen, however I paid for an early "inspection" along with the laptop so that I wouldn't have to get into the hassle of returns. I didn't complain at first and got used to it. Now after 3 months the internal microphone just stopped picking up sound, and now I have to pay extra to package it and send it for repair. If there were still returns after 3 months I would return that junk back, too bad though.”

“I'm generally happy with my ultrabook (Acer TravelMate B113). The only downside I've noticed so far is the touchpad/mouse - it moves with difficulty. I wasn't sure if I should return the laptop - looks like it's a common downside for all these laptops. Otherwise, very good value for the money.”

“I ordered an ASUS G750JW with 10GB RAM and SSD on a Saturday. I called on Monday morning to double-check that the SSD would have the OS and was advised by Cully that it would not (because the laptops are supplied with the OS on the built-in HDD). I explained that I wanted the OS on an SSD for speed so asked if I could change the order to the lower-priced version of the laptop with 6GB RAM and 750GB HDD (and fit my own SSD)? No problem, was the answer, and the despite the order already being in progress, everything was reverted and updated for me whilst I waited on the phone; I even had my delivery bumped so it arrived three days earlier than I'd opted for (thanks!!). I would definitely use Save On Laptops again.”
