“My laptop arrived on time, no damage. What really done it for me was its the cheapest I7 i could ask for, and that was why i bought it. I had never heard of save on laptops before but now i know i would recommend them to others.”

“Unfortunately, I bought the Asus AIO PC that was not working from the beginning and obviously contacted the seller - 'Save on Laptops' (SoL). They immediately replaced it with another which also was not working properly (how unlucky was that?). Another call to SoL and it was replaced without quibble. This time, it worked and has done so ever since. Very good service and would use them again”

“I have used this company before to buy laptops and their service is great. You are kept very well informed of the progress of your order, by text and email. This time I ordered a laptop Friday morning, requesting the free 3-5 working days delivery option. I had a text that afternoon to say that the laptop had left the warehouse and it was delivered on the Monday. The DPD courier company they use is great as on the day of delivery you get a text and email first thing in the morning to tell you the one-hour slot in which to expect the delivery e.g. between 10.45 and 11.45, which is really helpful rather than having to wait in all day. The laptop was a good price too. So I had a good experience of the company and would use them again.”

“The touch pad isn't very responsive and sometimes ignores you when you first touch it. When you hold down the left mouse button to lock in a side scrolling bar it doesn't let you continue scrolling down with one press, but this may have just been a feature with my old lap top and not with these makes. Isn't much faster than my last one either which was a bit disappointing.”

“i had a lot of problems when i got my laptop so i got intouch with your people they said the problem was a windows ?? i said but you installed windows on my laptop ,they said i had to send for new windows setup disc s they said that they was free HA HA they cost £22 p-p then when i installed the disc s it was an american keyboard i tried to put it to english but it would not so i rang your people again they it wasnt there job to do that what a crap service you have i would advise you to make an anoymous call with a fictitious faut and see what response you get would not recomend you to anyone p s i know you only sell lenovo but you should help sort the problem”
