“I can only review the service and not the product yet. The service I have received was flawless. Since the time I placed an order I was informed about the status of my order and delivery was made within 48 hours despite choosing free delivery option. I was also given an hour window when my laptop was going to be delivered. The laptop works OK for now, only time will tell if I have made the right choice.”

“Very good service and delivery. The fisrt laptop had to come back as it kept freezing when my son played a game on it. However today - the replacement laptop has also frozen whilst on a game. Obviously as it has gaming credentials, this is not good news. My son has emailed "Box" to alert them to this latest problem. My son can play this game on his phone and his old laptop so we know the game is not an issue I think we may have to exchange this laptop for one more reliable. Customer service service has been very good, and very helpful. They listened to what my son had to say about the problem. Thank you. We hope this will be resolved soon. Sue Wardle”

“Ordered Monday 31/07/2017 teatime, arrived Thursday morning 09:35. Well packed and very simple to setup just follow the instructions all done. The windows version is 1607 just use updates to Update to the new creators edition version 1703 no issues or problems so far all in working order, we are very pleased with this purchase from save on laptops we saved £110.00 if we had bought it from Argos. When I emailed them with a query it was answered promptly in a hour or so, all in all a very good company to buy from, will buy again when time comes. Thank you very much Save On Laptops for a great service. Phil”

“Awful service. Laptop description was incorrect and product was faulty. No effort to help - just told that it was outside the 30 day 'DOA'...whatever that is. I'VE BEEN MIS-SOLD A FAULTY PRODUCT yet because 30 days has gone by that's it? Don't buy from here”

“I searched the net looking for a decent laptop for my wife. I have terminal Cancer with a few months to live, and the laptop she has a the moment is useless for her needs. I am a retired IT tech, and new what I was looking for. The speck of the one I chose was ideal for her. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent, I am in the middle of setting it up for her. Thanks saveonlaptops”
