“I have previously had Android tablets but decided to move to a Windows one. I couldn't be happier. I love it and it works so smoothly with all the programmes, documents etc. I can work on it as I do my computer. Save on Laptops were easy to purchase from and the tablet was delivered incredibly quickly to the click and collect shop we'd chosen. The price was very good, the cheapest we could find for this tablet. All round very happy customer!”

“Have been purchasing PC's and laptops from Saveonlaptops / Box.co.uk for over 2 years now. There pricing is competitive, range is good and their website is easy and quick to navigate. I always found their delivery quick as they usually use DPD 3 things that annoy me slightly however - 1. as we are a company buying ex-VAT, I have to either call or email their team to raise a pro-forma for me as one cannot purchase direct through the basket ex-VAT. No 2, their credit card surcharges are an annoyance and they won't accept an Irish Visa Debit card as being a Debit Card, instead as a Credit Card (Debit cards have a lower surcharge on their site). No 3. Discounts on bulk purchases are not available even when spending a few £1000 / annum with them. They claim this is down to tiny margins yet the price of a given product can change up or down £50 within a week. Also, there sister sites sell the same products at a higher rate”

“Service was good but, the Laptop does not work correctly due to bring to slow, we have tried to complain through the PC manufacturer and did not get far, but this proved expensive as it was a premium rate customer service number. The Laptop now sits unused on a shelf.”

“Excellent value for money. I use it primarily for gaming as I prefer to buy a new GBP 600-700 laptop every year or 18 months rather than a GBP 2,500 best every 3-4 years. It gets a bit hot when used for extended gaming, especially with the latest games and processing-intensive games (such as large battles in Rome II: Total War. To be fair I wasn't expecting anything else - MSI is where you go for simple no-frills designs and excellent specs for the money you pay. Have not had any problems with the laptop - it's reasonably heavy/bulky, although not quite as much as one of the larger ASUS or Alienware ones, so can be taken on extended trips or to friends' houses but not great for taking to a cafe or park. Don't regret the purchase and would definitely buy again.”

“I was pleased with the information provided and the choice of laptops. The ordering process was straightforward and, within 24 hours, I had taken delivery of the laptop. This review would have been given a five-star review were it not for a sting in the tail of the ordering - when it came to making payment I was hit with a charge for using my credit card. The price quoted is not what you will pay - you have been warned. Anyway, even with the surcharge the price was still better than anywhere else I had looked.”

“Ordered a laptop, they said it was dispatched April 11th. Rang on April 17th, was told the laptop was being delivered by external company. Asked to have a the delivery details forwarded to me, so that I could follow up on the delivery. No details were given. Emailed the company on the 23rd April, was then told that the delivery had failed. At no point did a courier or the company contact me about the delivery (they had 2 phone numbers and an email address to contact me). No other delivery from eBay or product bought using PayPal failed to be delivered to me. When I furthered inquired about the failed delivery, I was informed that the delivery had in fact been returned to the company on April 17th as a failed delivery. I was given a refund to which I have yet to be credited. 2 weeks wasted by this company and a totally unsatisfactory customer communication. I have also made a formal complaint to eBay about how I was treated.”

“Ordered and received the Toshiba satellite pro 850 very quickly. The price was very good especially with the Ram updated to 8. Very glad that i have the Windows 7 pro, better for me than windows 8. Could do with a back lit keyboard next time. very happy”
