“Good price and quick delivery (although the tracked delivery only contained the add on bits I ordered - no laptop - which got me worried until another van arrived half hour later with the machine). Add on 3 year warranty was simple 3rd party rather than Lenovo, which it sort of looked like on the web site, but I was not too surprised as it was cheap.”

“Ordering was easy and delivery the quickest I have had from anyone incl Amazon. Lenovo Flex 20 is exactly as described and works very well particularly if you upgrade to Win 8.1 (free). The ability to use it as a simple All-in-one (PC on a desk) yet have the ability to un-plug and have a huge portable pc/tablet is great. Very close to ordering another as it is so useful a formfactor and could replace a laptop if you do not need to use it away from power for more than 3-4 hours. Must find a carry case of some form to allow easier movement. Should be able to upgrade memory to 8GB & looking for 7mm thick hybrid Drive of larger capacity. Overall good buy and good experience from 'Save on Laptops' (Box.co.uk).”

“Account management refused to update invoice address and no response from email. Also a surcharge on credit cards is levied and only made clear at the final payment stage. On the positive price is good and delivered by DPD, which in my opinion are the best delivery company.”

“Best prices. Clear and complete information. Good range. Ordered on a Sunday night selecting the free 5 day delivery option and it was picked up on Monday for a Tuesday delivery. I had to postpone delivery (very easy process) and received my new toy exactly at the allotted time on the Wednesday. This will be my first site to check for future purchases.”

“Pleased with the main purchase - Dell Latitude 3540 - and collect + delivery. However, could not run the Norton 360 PC Protection disc purchased with the PC. (the DVD/CD drive is serviceable) I will be seeking advice from the Save on Laptops support team.”

“Great, speedy service. Would have appreciated a little more clarity in email and text communications however: "There is a problem with your order" is quite an alarming message to receive; especially when it turns out that it's standard procedure to put orders over £1k on hold until you receive a photograph of the credit card used, and that there isn't really a "problem" at all :) That said, customer service over the phone was excellent - courteous, concise, and helpful. More up-front information about shipping and handling charges would also be useful, though the Saturday delivery service was excellent, and the courier provided a helpful, accurate ETA time. The product itself was well-packed, and exactly as I expected; thanks again!”
