“Brought a cub laptop from save on laptops and wouldn't buy again. Battery has stopped charging after owning it for just 2 months. Also overheats quickly, also cube logo on front of laptop peeled off, I guess you pay for what you get. Would avoid buying this product again.”

“Laptop arrived on Monday, mousepad was dead. Called Asus who confirmed it was a hardware issue and to send it back. Laptop picked up on Friday and delivered back to Saveonlaptops the following Monday. It is now the Friday after and it still hasn't been booked into the workshop. I cannot have a refund / credit note until it is booked in and even then it can be upto 7 working days before a decision is made. Told them to leave a note on the system I do not want the laptop back as I now want a refund rather than waiting another week or more to get a replacement from them as that is an unacceptable length of time. Off to PC World to pick up a new one now.”

“My gripe is not with Save on Laptops as it is too early, but the couriers they used for my delivery. Extra was paid on delivery to have on Saturday and the parcel was tracked, all seemed to be well it was within 15mins, When it did not arrive - looked back at the track only to find a posting, no one was at the address to sign, a card had been put through the letterbox with picture of said card in a steamy windscreen of a vehicle !!! no such card was in my letterbox and I had been near the door for at least 2 hours and at home all the time. Then a new posting to say it would be delivered between 9 - 22hrs on that Sat. it hadn't arrived by midnight - arrangement were made for following day - looked at the track it had my address 40 miles away and the van hovering around my address but the script of the track did seem to be OK and the parcel eventually arrived on time but this misinformation had cost dearly - many non-productive, expensive phone calls and about 6 hours of 2 persons time. TRACKING IS NO GOOD WHEN IT HAS YOU RUNNING ROUND IN CIRCLES and not a sole to ring with finger on the button!!!!!”

“Issues around the free Mcafee Internet security. It ran out 3rd Jan even though I bought the laptop end Dec with free Mcafee for 1year. Have emailed company twice so far but only received a 'we will look into your enquiry' once. Still waiting for them to get back to me Becoming quite disappointed with the service and do not feel like recommending them at the moment.”

“I bought an ASUS X751L for my father-in-law who needed some help in choosing and set-up. The quality and configuration of the machine is superb and there is very little 'bloatware' installed. Excellent price and value for money, great availability and rapid 2 working day delivery for a very small charge. I'm quite jealous of the purchase I made for my father-in-law and will definitely look into purchasing from Save on Laptops when my turn comes around. Highly recommended.”

“MSI GE62 2QD Apache Pro Intel i7, GE force GTX 960m, 16 GB. I found the web site easy to navigate and they displayed all the information I needed to make a purchase. This laptop was bought for my son but I set it up when it arrived. A lot of thought was put into the packaging and I was impressed when opening it. It's a great stylish laptop and the back lit keys look great. It can handle the games on Steam with ease without any lagging which was the issue with his previous laptop. He says it loads the games on very fast and some servers which he had problems with before are solved. The laptop arrived very quickly and it was part of a bundle which included a good back pack and MSI red headphones. Very please with the whole process and would definitely use Save on Laptops again.”
