Not as good as the old version of the pan. Very sticky when first used.

I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The non-stick wok I purchased looks more like cast iron, which wasn't what I expected. I tried to return it, but the return conditions were unreasonable, leaving me stuck with woks that don’t meet my needs.

SCANPAN's major problem is not fit with other standard US sizes of pans even though the material quality is pretty good. If it makes fittable, the profit will be double. It is only for Scanpan users.

Never received the merchandise I paid for. Scanpan personnel failed to respond to my refund request. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company.

I love SCANPAN products, but with this order I received some of the worst customer service I have ever recceived. Adriana and Sheila were able to cause more stress, more confusion and the least satisfaction possible after my interactions with them. I requested to speak to someone about their terrible customer service, but never received any outreach. To date, I have not received the order I made. I used to be a huge advocate for SCANPAN, but can no longer recommend your products to people, even though I think they are the best available, due to the horrific customer experience I had.

Bought a fry pan that I thought was induction but was every surface but induction. Wanted to exchange but was treated poorly and tolls you would not send return postage for exchange And I would have restocking fee. Very poor customer service.

Didn’t receive the product. It took multiple emails for customer service to respond to me and when they finally did they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue.

When I received my CTX 10.25” I was dis that it is not the same dimension as the one I was replacing (shorter by about an inch. To send it back was a nightmare because after having to send photos of the pan’s inside and bottom to get a return authorization I had to take it to FedEx for the return at my own expense. To return it by FedEx cost a small fortune!

Two of the pits came extremely scratched as if they were used. Haven’t had a chance to call you and mention that but for the price the quality checks are sub par.

My wife wanted one and asked me to order it. I never got it. FedEx said they couldn't deliver it to my house. When I called them, they said I had to pick it up at a FedEx store that was over an hour drive from my house. I told them to send it back. I called Scanpan to alert them to the return and why I sent it back. The person who answered the phone didn't care about anything I had to say. This was a two hundred dollar sale. I would have agreed to have it shipped again if you had been interested in selling the pan.
