So far the induction Scanpan performs great like the others I've had in the past; the original Scanpans I had lasted nearly 20 years. This one is very heavy. I am disappointed with the handle design because it won't fit on the overhead pot rack, where I store all my long handle pans.

As a workaround, some customers have had success using universal S-hooks or adjustable pot rack hooks that better fit thicker or uniquely shaped handles. The SCANPAN PRODUCTS are excellent kitchen tools! Some of the best out there. The reason for the 4 stars is for their customer service. The reason I finally broke down and bought this set is because they sent me a 15% off coupon and free shipping. After putting it in my cart and paying I noticed they did not take off the 15%. I contacted customer service 3 times. Each time I was told they would refund the 15% off back to my credit card. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I am very disappointed in the service (or lack of service) I received.

We do like the pots and pans. Everything seems to cook better - more evenly and maybe faster. I was disappointed when the first time I used the smaller pot there were scratches in the bottom. I had read that the cookware is ok to use metal utensils. But now I would only use non metal ones.

This pot compliments the scanpans we currently have in our kitchen. I really like the heat distribution. The chicken not much!

Scanpan products are great. Difficulty I had was when I called to request cancellation of an item, the very nice person said she would cancel it but it was sent anyway. I received a shipping label, but it would have been so much easier to have had the item cancelled when I was told it as cancelled.

I bought two saucepans and they are great but the handle on both lids came off. I went into Sur la Table and purchased two new lids because I didn't feel like sending you a picture of the lids and a hassle to send the lids back into you 1

While these pans were the best non-sticks we have used, the surface did not remain non-stick. Less than a year later, everything sticks to our CTX and CS+ pans. We used our CS+ for searing on our induction stovetop and outside on a gas burner, and it gave incredible browning while it lasted. We also loved it for fried rice more than the Wok, but can no longer use it for that purpose as the rice sticks no matter how much oil we use, and then just steams on top of that stuck-on burning layer. We used the CTX strictly as an omelet pan on medium heat, but now even our omelets are sticking in the center. For the price point, I assumed we would have these pans much longer, but I may have to revert back to buying cheaper non-sticks that we can replace more often.

This is my second purchase of a Scanpan 8" skillet. The first didn't last very long. Coating was compromised after about 6 months. It was purchased with a greater compliment of pans including other skillets and lids. Still have the rest of the components and happy with them. I've tried no less than 10 other 8" skillets since tossing the degraded Scanpan. None of which has held up to the daily use my skillet goes through. I am hoping that this one will serve me longer than the first. I believe quality is worth paying extra for but not at the expense of waste.

The ordering and shipment went well. The product is fine except for one small pitting in the under ottom stainless steel. It just did not seen worth making a fuss about. I have ordered quite a number of pans from you and have been very happy.

THis is the second pan of this kind that I've bought. The first one my son used to make pancakes and had the heat higher than recommended and caused a corrosion/build up that I wasn't able to remedy (see below). Such a waste of a good pan! Having said that, I leave this pan on top of the stove as it's my daily go-to. So very useful; I love it.

The Wok I got is excellent in every respect. The only reason I did not give it five stars is the high price, especially since it did not come with a lid. It is now my number one goto pan as it sits at the ready on my stovetop.

I have several. I like them. I am waiting to hear from the company about a lid for my 8inch pan, which was out of stock. I am disappointed that it has taken so long and still no lid.

I am very happy with your pans. Assembling the lids and their durability, not as much. I had an issue with a nob breaking. Admittedly, I dropped the lid and it landed on the nob. For the price of your products, and your minimum for free shipping, and the price of the replacement knob, I expected a complimentary replacement. At least 1. Or that you would include an extra just in case. Le Crusette is my other go to brand and their replacement warranty is phenomenal.

Quality of your products is great. But had problems with your webpage. Pages took a long time to load and wrong price was displayed on some products. Also, when I checked out, it took over ten minutes for the transaction since it had locked up. I refreshed the page but in doing so, one product was no longer in my basket. I didn't notice until the shipment arrived. Please see included photo. The HaptIQ 4 quart was on sale for $129.99, not the 2 quart. I ordered both but only received the 2 quart. Very disappointed.

I love the coating and the way this WOK cooks. The only draw back is the weight. Since a common practice for wok cooking is to toss around the food in the wok, the shear weight of this makes it nearly impossible to do.

Love the look and feel of the pans. They hold heat really well and cook evenly while still being great at non-stick. However, the wear I am already seeing using soft utensils and mild dishwashing has me concerned about long-term durability. Scratches are already appearing in a material that was supposed to be 10x harder than stainless steel. For the cost of the pans, I am surprised they are not more resilient.

Hi Stephen. Thanks for your feedback. You're correct, that scuff marks will appear with use. The SCANPAN cookware surface is not scratch-proof. However, the performance of the cookware should not be interrupted based on normal use. We hope this helps.

The product is good, the fulfillment is not. I've ordered multiple times from you and it has happened every time. You send a tracking number that shows the origin and the correct destination, but it is never updated. They were delivered within a week which is fine, but because this has happened every time, I don't think it's an issue with FedEx, there is something else going on with your fulfillment process.
