expensive postage and charged to send back wrong size (would charge again for delivery of correct size) no option to collect plus etc. Amazon would not do this nor would John Lewis etc wouldn't but from Schoffel again - premium clothing should be matched with a premium customer experience which this wasn't

Hello Peter I am sorry that you were not happy with our service on this occasion. Our carriage charge is free on any orders over £150. Returns are at your own cost, unless your delivery was incorrect and in any way our fault, we can then offer a collection service free of charge. I ordered Thurs eve and paid for next day delivery. Delivery is scheduled for Monday. That's not next day!

Hello Phillip Thank you for your review. To guarantee next day delivery orders need to be placed before midday. Any orders placed after this time will be processed for the next working day. Can't fault the product or speed of delivery but I think it is very poor that you charge the customer for delivery AND returns given the premium price of the products in the first place. Ordered a schoffel for my wife and she had to replace it as was wrong size.

I can't write a review unfortunately as despite paying for next day delivery, I still have not received my cap. Wanted for the weekend, it was dispatched on Thursday, yet not even processed till late Friday.

Ordered two separate fleeces, neither of which were satisfactory fit. Returned both together registered mail, but was only refunded the cost of one. When I queried this, upon investigation, they 'found' the second fleece, as they counted their stock. Said the returns forms were together! ( which I had already suggested they check). £1.00 discount for liking them on facebook was lost as they only refunded net amount.

Hello William Thank you for your review. I am sorry that your orders were not refunded at the same time. I can assure you that the returns process is done thoroughly. As your returns are on two different order numbers, they are treated as two separate orders and could have just been delayed with a batch of returns received up to the offices on that day. I can assure you it would have been refunded to you. I have had a look into your returns and the full total of your order has been refunded. The facebook like cannot be refunded as this was not taken from you at the checkout stage as it was a discount for liking us on facebook. I placed the order on Sunday 3rd Jan paying extra for next day delivery hoping that it might arrive on Monday 4th Jan but realistically on Tuesday 5th Jan which it DIDNT! Which is a shame as I needed it for today! I live in hopes that it will arrive today! Your staff member wears very apologetic and said that the postage will be refunded . . . . I hope so!

The Parcel arrived very quickly, but the garment although well made was not correctly sized,measuring only 52inches across the chest & it was meant to be size 54inches, I did not order another as this was meant to be the largest size, I have returned the garment today.

Once the garment is back with us I will check this hasn't been wrongly labelled, and I will measure the size 54. If it turns out that it was labelled incorrectly I will let you know straight away. Parcel Force delivery was very poor. I eventually had to contact them via tracking no. to find out why goods had not been delivered, they made a second attempt, today, 1st December, with the delivery man hardly speaking English, saying "I can't find this place". It is not difficult, at worst enquire at the post office. The jerkin looks good, I hope it fits my son!

I have sent 2 messages via CS website and also tried to call the number on the website however this is a deadline requesting to amend my order to a size 42 Order Confirmation #8489 (SCH8489) however have received no confirmation I wanted to get this changed prior to the order being despatched however no confirmation of despatch been received and no response from your company to my queries logged

Next day delivery does not apply to orders made on Friday even though money is taken for "next day delivery " be aware of this.

I ordered paying extra for next day delivery... It hasn't arrived, I assume it will say in the small print not including Saturday's .. I buy a lot online and it is now expected to include Saturday's and even Sunday's like Amazon. Make it clear or change your policy!

This is the first time I have used schoffel directly for goods and only did so as nobody else had what I wanted in the right size, and at first I thought the service was excellent you had what I wanted and it was delivered the next day, perfect!! But..... On closer inspection of the parcel on Christmas day when it was opened it was the wrong item although my paperwork had on it what I had ordered, I was very disappointed and I'm still waiting for a response to my email on how to return at no cost to myself for it to be exchanged for the correct item so my husband can at last have his Christmas present, very late!!
