“Management in this store are absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. As a member of the public speaking to the sales assistants I am aware non of them are happy and say management is crap. I observed the scatty management and would never ever purchase from shoe again or recommend them.
Management should not be working here as they rubbish.”
“Customer care staff were very attentive, proactive and friendly. Shop stocks wide range of fun, affordable shoes which are a bit quirky and different from other more predictable and generic high street brands. Liked fact you could return unworn shoes for full refund within a year.”

“I was looking for a pair of timberland boots for work and I just happen to stumble across Schuh online and I decided to purchased a pair. I placed the order on Sunday and I just receive it today Tuesday. The service is excellent and I love the fact that I could able to have an online chat with the customer service before the purchased. I could also able to see who I was speaking to which makes it more comfortable. I was sent text messages to keep me updated as to what time I should expect delivery. It is so convenient for me because I work nights, so I could able to get some rest before it arrive. I am more than happy with both the purchased and customer service. “Fantastic customer service. Couldn't find my Rocketdog flip flops online in my size or in my local store. Assistant said she would enquire in other stores and ring me if she found some. They rang the very next day, I paid and they sent them to my home for free. Customer service was amazing. I have since been wearing them on holiday in Spain and also walked around Barcelona on two days and I have to say they were like wearing slippers. I now have 3 pairs in different colours! Most comfortable flip flops EVER!”
