“You never delivered the walker so I had to rent a wheelchair on the ship which I could not take off the ship. That was terrible so I had to walk alot and that hurt my back and hip. You people are fools”
“Terrible!! When the scooter was delivered it wasn’t charged and I was stuck on Fremont street with a dead scooter. I lost a day and a half of my Las Vegas trip and should’ve been compensated; However, no one would return my calls.”
“I have rented several times in the past with no problem, but the last cruise was very poor. It was difficult not knowing where to pick up. In the past, you went thru the boarding paperwork for your cruise and then got the scooter. I did the usual but found out after I had progressed to the second flloor that the scooters were in the parking lot before you entered the terminal. I had to go out and btw no one knew where you got the scooters. I asked everyone working for RC where are the scooters, no one knew. Finally got the scooter only to go thru the entering process all over again. the scooter had a bad battory, which I called to tell them before leaving the dock, was told it just needs charging. WRONG! Couldnt use it the entire cruise. I would go to one end of the ship, no more juice so my son had to push it back everytime I used it. They did refund the fee but when you order a scooter it's because you need it. I am going on another cruise with Celebrity in June and am hesitant to rent thru scoot around.”
“I rent a scooter at 90 percent of the time when I attend conventions. I’m tried several times to rent a scooter for our last convention. No one ever returned my calls.”

“The last time I rented from you was November 2022 in Miami it was a night mare.. you were not there at the port ....had to go on ship without a scooter... had to make go on ship without and was told one Would be delivered to my cabin....my daugHter when to customer service and argued with tHem until 11:00 pm....after;spending day walking I had a heart spell and had to rest in bed for a day..... but all the other times at cape Canveral I have loved the rental process.....thank you for caring....I think I should get one free rental for the trouble we when through......God Bless”
“The scooter wasn’t big enough for her it tipped over on her. That scooter should not be used for anybody over 225 pounds maybe at the most maybe 250 pounds but not at my wife’s weight of 290. We definitely wouldn’t recommend you to anyone and wouldn’t use you again unless we don’t have any other choice.”
“The hoyer lift never showed up. We had such a hard ship and if I had my way I would never use your serves again, Norwegian has you on there cruises. I did talk to them about that to. And maybe getting a contract with special needs at sea!!”
“The past two cruises were nightmares. On the first cruise, the Scooter left me stranded 4 decks away from my stateroom. Without any warning, it just stopped. Fortunately, the ship had a spare and after several hours it was delivered. On the last cruise, Scootaround failed to deliver my scooter at all. After producing a copy of my invoice I was awarded a broken-down scooter that had to be charged numerous times each day due to a defective battery. I placed numerous calls to Scootaround and only got the runaround from them. Mark was out and out rude.”

And I still have not gotten my money back. I don't know if I would use your service again and I really need your services but the way I got treated was not right and I was hurt by the way I was done”
