“The past two cruises were nightmares. On the first cruise, the Scooter left me stranded 4 decks away from my stateroom. Without any warning, it just stopped. Fortunately, the ship had a spare and after several hours it was delivered. On the last cruise, Scootaround failed to deliver my scooter at all. After producing a copy of my invoice I was awarded a broken-down scooter that had to be charged numerous times each day due to a defective battery. I placed numerous calls to Scootaround and only got the runaround from them. Mark was out and out rude.”
“The rental was great… It was at the hotel when we arrived… The only problem was when I originally called to rent… The person I talked to said all of the places that she could check were closed as it was a Saturday… So she would call me right away Monday morning… I had not heard so I waited until after 12 noon and I called back in as I needed a scooter rental and didn’t want to get too late so I wouldn’t get one… when I called in, It was like they had never heard from me for this rental… But the person that answer the phone when I called in then helped me and got my rental”
