I was very disappointed and not satisfied with the service I received for this rental. I have booked with Scoot-around for years and it has been progressively getting worse. I was told to pick up my scooter outside the terminal as always. I also received a text from the person from the terminal to confirm the same message. I got there around 12:40 pm and no one was there and I had no instructions on what to do. Because I could not be on my feet long, I finally got wheelchair assistance. I call the Scoot around the number and was told my scooter was at Customer Service or Hospitality. When I got to customer service No scooter and nobody knew where it was. I call customer service again to scoot around and was told my scooter was in my cabin. Because of the ship's policy, they could not wheel me to my cabin, so I had to stand and wait for an elevator and then walk to the opposite part of the ship to get to my cabin. When I finally got there, NO scooter was in the room. I called s coot around again and they gave me excuses for why my paid scooter was not in my cabin. I began to explain my frustration and they promised me that my scooter would be there by 3 pm. After walking to get something to eat I waited for my scooter to get there when I got back to my cabin....No scooter and the boat sailed away from the dock and no one could find my scooter. I expect to receive a full refund and an apology for the terrible service I received. Unfortunately, I am force to find another Scooter company for my September and October up coming cruises.

We asked for a standard wheel chair and got a large and when you were contacted you did nothing about it we even came to your office when you said it was open and when we got there it was shut. We emailed you 3 Times and got no response from you. The chair that was provided for myself who is a small adult got a large wheelchair that I didn't fit it which was dangerous and the chair wouldn't fit through doors and cause us a lot of hassle through out our holiday. We will not be using you again as I believe I can find a better service else where

Long story short, the scooter I received was falling apart and had a huge shimmy when moving. I was already on board when I realized this scooter was just bad...ripped arm covers that were scratching my arm, one finder was already missing and the other one kept falling off. I was told by customer service at Scoot around when I rented this that if there were any issues I could go to the customer service desk on board and that if it was not repairable that they would have a "spare" on board. The customer service on the ship said that they never had a "spare". I then called Scoot around and the lady told me that I would be compensated however nothing has shown up back in my bank account. Even though I realized how bad this scooter was once I was on board, I couldn't get back off the ship to exchange this...I have rented multiple times and this was the first bad one I have ever had. I actually rented two, one for me and one for my sister. Hers seemed to be fine. I was terrified of taking this off in the ports as I didn't want to get stranded.

Starting the first the day scoot didn't make it to the areas of food. The company was notified immediately. The company's response was to have the crew charge the scooter, it made no difference. I lost $69.99 on one excursion and $89.99 on another which scootarourd failed to reimburse me for.

An hour late for Delivery- because Driver didn’t notice my order. They did not show up at contracted pick up time although I waited an half hour. They are not open on Sunday - no one apparently on call to communicate with Sunday pick up customers- But do contract for Sunday pick ups. Very disorganized. I won’t rent here again.

Wasn't good at all it was an older scooter the hills in the park wasn't making it very very slow moving even on the fastest speed

Terrible experience overall. Scooter would hold a charge. I ended up getting stranded and could not get anyone in customer service to actually help at all. Also the scooter was delivered to the hotel but wasn't labeled properly so it took a day and a half to find it. Just awful!!!!!°

I was very disappointed with the scooter that was brought to me. I specifically ordered a scooter for a plus size person. The scooter that was dropped off, had a seat that was extremely wobbly. It by NO MEANS could be for a plus size person. The seat area was so small, that the safety arm rests couldn’t be lowered with the body in it. I called immediately requesting a larger chair, and was told that I’d the only size they had, and that we could leave the safety arms up. I told them that the person in the chair is disabled, and that in no way is safe for my friend to be riding around town if she could easily fall out. They made no effort to accommodate us whatsoever.. I even said I would keep this chair if they were going to discount it since this was not what I was told I was ordering, and they made no effort to even discount it so I told them pick this chair up right now, and I will order from another company and dispute your charge and that is exactly what I did. I would never recommend this company for anybody who wants a safety vehicle while riding around in Vegas.

During hurricane Ian you demanded and took back my wheelchair three days before my paid reservation ended, leaving me stranded with limited and difficult mobility during my vacation.

Battery was bad. Equipment still had trash in it and was obviously not cleaned. Wrong Scooter delivered. No one knew how to get the app to work for locking. Then decided I didn’t call daily to tell them about the issues so did minimal refund. Used it once for an hour. What a joke

Your scoot around ruined my last cruise. 7 day carnival cruise, scoot around died on second day. No body on ship could repair. I was unable to get off ship on any ports etc. I called your company and was given a 1 or 2 day credit. I called the Florida BBB and they told me you were rated "F". I plan on another cruise this year and I will NEVER EVER RENT FROM YOU FOLKS AGAIN. I reported this problem to you, so I am shocked to this a request for a review. I hope you post this.

The same day I receive my scooter and road it onto the ship the scooter controller was not working. I had to wiggle the key several times to make it work. This happened the whole time of the cruise until the day before the ship was returning. I notified ScootAround before we left sail they said I would get another scooter but we sailed and I didn’t get a replacement. The day before my departure is when I noticed a scooter sitting in the corner and I asked the receptionist if belong to anyone and they said it didn’t. I received a partial refund for only one day I was supposed to receive much more and I haven’t heard any Thing about it since

Got you scooter the first day of the cruise to the Mediterranean. Your scooter would not fit into my cabin. Called you and you told me that you would send me a u-tube video on how to disassemble it. I did not have the internet package to receive a u-tube video. So I was to take it apart every day, store it in my cabin, and reassemble it in the morning. Then we took a shore excursion, there is no way of using your scooter in the Mediterranean, everything is uphill, using steps. Your scooter does not go upstairs!!! One of the excursions was using a tender to shore, no way to put your scooter on a tender to shore. Called again and they told me no one checked out shore excursions in the Med. Would not refund my money and I will NEVER use your service again!!!!

Rented a walker while on a cruise months before and when i arrived there was a wheelchair. When i called they said they didn’t have any. Hard to believe. Your mistake. Money was refunded but that didn’t do me much good.

How can. I rate you before I experience you. This makes no sense.i will say you're VERY greedy. Your price is absurd and this is the last time I will Renton of your scooters. I will buy my own now.

At JFK waiting for the 2nd leg of our flight to Athens, I checked e-mail to see if there were any more delays. To my surprise, there was an e-mail from you folks demanding another $140, despite the fact we were told 6 weeks before that we were paid in full. Believe me we would not rent again if there is any other option

Did not receive either of the rental items and had a lot of difficulty getting around on my cruise because of it.
