“I was very grateful to get a scooter even for one day, because it helped me get the lay of the land (convention center). After the convention, when I got back to my computer, I noticed I did receive emails about scooter reservations, but they arrived the day after I was already on-site. Not very helpful for me to apply for in advance.”

Equipment day 2, by comparison was sluggish and slow to get moving, but it still did its job.
I used a shuttle bus to/from the convention center. On arrival contacted them by phone. They brought a scooter to me at the bus entrances. Well done. Highly recommend.”
“During my last rental aboard the Carnival Venicia, first, the scooter was not waiting for me in my cabin. I had to go to the ship's customer service to request the scooter. The scooter would surge and started to wobble a little on the third day but still worked. I spoke with Carnival customer service and was told they did not have a replacement and to ride it as is.”
“When our electric wheelchair broke, your scooter rental saved our cruise! The scooter was easy to rent, easy to drive, and easy to charge. The one drawback was the weight precludes being able to use it on excursions. It would add more versatility if
the scooter was higher off the ground and weighed less.”

“First time arranging in-cabin drop-off of scooter and oxygen concentrator on this cruise - what a wonderful experience. Was hopeful everything would turn out well and it did. There was even a backup humidifier bottle available which was much appreciated and needed. Only issue was the rubber bumper trim on the bottom of the scooter was loose and partially dangling off onto the floor; it kept getting caught up at times. Managed to get some duct tape from our room steward to serve as a temporary fix. Overall satisfied with equipment.”
“The scooter was needed and the representative I talked to was very polite. I just think the price is a little much. While I would like to have my own scooter when traveling it’s not practical to get it through the airport and to the cruise port.”

“It would be an advantage for people to rent for Three hour period and have the rates on an hourly scale rather than $40.00. Since most riders only spend up to four hours at the gardens in the heated weather.”
