“Loved, loved my experience. It was totally seamless. The chair was waiting inside the terminal for me fully charged for my arrival. I made the mistake of using another vendor for another cruise and l won't do that again. While the other vendor was cheaper, you get what you pay for; the chair had to be picked up outside the terminal and not inside like scoot around; so once l had gone through security l had to have someone wheel me back outside. I was lucky to find someone. The chair was not fully charged so l was not able to move around the ship; confined to cabin until charged. Never again.”
“I have a problem getting around and walking distances. I rented the scooter to enhance my ability to enjoy the cruise ship without the worry of falling or being a burden to my family. The scooter was waiting for me right there at the port when I arrived. We were then immediately escorted directly unto the ship. I would park the scooter outside my door each night and call guest services to pick it up to charge. It would be at my door each morning. The battery would last all day. What a lifesaver. I can now enjoy cruising again.”
“I was very disappointed with the scooter that was brought to me. I specifically ordered a scooter for a plus size person. The scooter that was dropped off, had a seat that was extremely wobbly. It by NO MEANS could be for a plus size person. The seat area was so small, that the safety arm rests couldn’t be lowered with the body in it. I called immediately requesting a larger chair, and was told that I’d the only size they had, and that we could leave the safety arms up. I told them that the person in the chair is disabled, and that in no way is safe for my friend to be riding around town if she could easily fall out. They made no effort to accommodate us whatsoever.. I even said I would keep this chair if they were going to discount it since this was not what I was told I was ordering, and they made no effort to even discount it so I told them pick this chair up right now, and I will order from another company and dispute your charge and that is exactly what I did. I would never recommend this company for anybody who wants a safety vehicle while riding around in Vegas.”
“The joy is always knowing my scooter is near or in my cabinet whenever I cruise. The last time, I left my coat on the back of the scooter in Maimi,Fl and to no avail, I could not connect with a phone number to try and get it. The date was January 3,2023. I'm still looking forward to my next trip with your scooter.”
