“Overall scooter was great except it was very difficult to charge because of where I had to plug in the cord. I could not do it myself. I had to ask for help and he had to get down on the floor to find it. Surely there's a solution to this issue!!!”

“We use Scoot around frequently when we travel. We almost always have an excellent experience with them. We had some problems with the O2 concentrator rental in the New Orleans area in December. The scooter was there and was fine, however the local vendor did not provide a canula and tubing with the O2 concentrator. It took 2 days to get the correct item delivered. Next time I will travel with the tubing from home just in case.”
“The scooter seat leans backward and cannot be adjusted and the width adjustment on the left side is so tight my room attendant could not loosen the knob. The right side could be adjusted. You should ask clients if they need it wide and adjust it before delivery. The scooter worked great except for being very very uncomfortable.”

“I love having the ability to rent for my cruises, however I really wish I could pick up the scooter in the terminal, so I don’t have to wait. Just getting onto the ship and then navigating to my cabin, when it is ready, is very difficult and painful for me.”
“took some time to learn how to use there was nobody at terminal to show me how to use it then didn't want to fit into room had to be just right to get into the room. Also if wanted to go outside on a deck was hard cause most door ways had a 2/3 inch hump to get back in so needed help to get in side. was good off the ship around the ports no problem there but if i needed again will use Scoot go around”
