“Prior to my last rental, scoot around had excellent service. My last rental was a very bad experience. My scooter was not in my room when I arrived on the ship. When it did arrive, it barely worked a day. I contacted scoot around about the problem. We performed the recommended troubleshooting and the scooter worked for another day. After that, the scooter did not work at all. I made another call, but of course, the ship was sailing and could not help. The ship provided a temp rental with many conditions that were not acceptable.”
“Scooter was great.. I don't know if there is a solution to the problem that on Royal Caribbean cruise the scooter is left in room.. It is big problem getting onto ship and not getting to get scooter from room until well past noon when someone is getting onto ship at 11.00 am. That created a big problem for someone that is not able to walk that distance.”

Price seemed high, by the time they charged extra because the ship was ending at a different point from the departure.”
