“We asked for a standard wheel chair and got a large and when you were contacted you did nothing about it we even came to your office when you said it was open and when we got there it was shut. We emailed you 3 Times and got no response from you. The chair that was provided for myself who is a small adult got a large wheelchair that I didn't fit it which was dangerous and the chair wouldn't fit through doors and cause us a lot of hassle through out our holiday. We will not be using you again as I believe I can find a better service else where”

“I had a 2 day rental for a 3 wheel scooter at the NAB show at LVCC that my company paid for in advance. The scooter rental staff were friendly and courteous. The scooter I rented on day 1 had a power problem so I drove it back and got a replacement which worked better. The only major issue I had with the rental experience was after I returned the scooter on the second day, I received a bill from scoot around that showed a price that was 3 times what we had already paid. I had to call and complain and the guy on the phone said it would be fixed and sent me a new receipt but this time the price was double what we had paid. When I. allied back I was on hold for over an hour and then the call was dropped. I had to call back again today to make sure the invoice was corrected and matched the actual rental rate. Big Hassle.”
