My scooter stopped on me midway through my cruise. Called customer service on the ship and which they called you guys. The rep from your company was rude and unprofessional. And left me without any help. Thankfully the guy Angel who works for Carnival Cruise was able to find me a scooter to enjoy my vacation. I was very disappointed with the service. Good thing I took out the full insurance on the scooter.

The scooters were great and your on site personnel were excellent, but we weren't able to reserve a scooter when others were.

I waited for 45 minutes with no one at the kiosk. I had a prepaid contract and I just needed to get my scooter and go. When someone did finally show, she took care of 3 others before me , none of whom were pre-paid and was very rude to me when I simply asked to be served. A supervisor just happened by and took care of me. Rest of rental went fine.

It was a hassle to start listening to a click click click every time the front wheel, went around. Also, we had to call Barbara to inform her about it. She was nice over the phone, but the sound didn't go. It seemed like riding in the carpet's cruise made the sound go around.

as the scooter was required at several different hotels, on the whole, the service was good, except for the last hotel where the scooter was delivered to the wrong hotel and took ver to arrive when it had been found eventually. Nobody listens, except Bernic who was excellent and she gets 10 out of 10.

I had a 2 day rental for a 3 wheel scooter at the NAB show at LVCC that my company paid for in advance. The scooter rental staff were friendly and courteous. The scooter I rented on day 1 had a power problem so I drove it back and got a replacement which worked better. The only major issue I had with the rental experience was after I returned the scooter on the second day, I received a bill from scoot around that showed a price that was 3 times what we had already paid. I had to call and complain and the guy on the phone said it would be fixed and sent me a new receipt but this time the price was double what we had paid. When I. allied back I was on hold for over an hour and then the call was dropped. I had to call back again today to make sure the invoice was corrected and matched the actual rental rate. Big Hassle.

Got a raggedy wheelchair and one was never replaced so didn’t have one on the cruise

It worked well except going up the ramp off the ship it ran out of power even when fully charged

No charging cable was in scooter, our cabin crew member on board ship was able to locate one for us to borrow.

The scooter was not in the cabin as was suppose to be when we arrived. Had to hunt it down

When we arrived our scooter was supposed to be waiting in our room but it wasn’t. It had been delivered to the wrong stateroom. During our cruise while we were in the casino someone had taken the scooter using their key from another company. Renters should be alerted that all keys are alike. It was disappointing that there isn’t better security on the scooters for the renters.

My husband is elderly and has less than 30 percent lung capacity so, he was only able to last about 2.5 hrs. We feel that was a very expensive price given we paid for handicapped parking $10 and admission. Please consider a half day price for next year. After all, its about helping disabled people in need

Arrived at 10 am, they only had a few scooters ready and we had to wait for others to brought there but, the staff was friendly and were trying

The rented chair was too narrow and the wheels rubbed on the chair sides. This made the chair nearly impossible to push.
