“I had a 2 day rental for a 3 wheel scooter at the NAB show at LVCC that my company paid for in advance. The scooter rental staff were friendly and courteous. The scooter I rented on day 1 had a power problem so I drove it back and got a replacement which worked better. The only major issue I had with the rental experience was after I returned the scooter on the second day, I received a bill from scoot around that showed a price that was 3 times what we had already paid. I had to call and complain and the guy on the phone said it would be fixed and sent me a new receipt but this time the price was double what we had paid. When I. allied back I was on hold for over an hour and then the call was dropped. I had to call back again today to make sure the invoice was corrected and matched the actual rental rate. Big Hassle.”
“When we arrived our scooter was supposed to be waiting in our room but it wasn’t. It had been delivered to the wrong stateroom. During our cruise while we were in the casino someone had taken the scooter using their key from another company. Renters should be alerted that all keys are alike. It was disappointing that there isn’t better security on the scooters for the renters.”
“My husband is elderly and has less than 30 percent lung capacity so, he was only
able to last about 2.5 hrs. We feel that was a very expensive price given we paid
for handicapped parking $10 and admission.
Please consider a half day price for next year. After all, its about helping disabled people in need”
