“It seemed like it was more confusing when we came to pick up our scooters. Other years it was easier when we gave our name and you brought a scooter to us! I have been renting for many years!”
“Could not have made the cruise without it. Located in a forward cabin and restaurant we used was in the back. We were unable to walk that far. Most trouble was with elevators but most people were very helpful.”

“Having a transport chair for my 90-year-old mom during our cruise was perfect. The only thing that I was concerned with was the return process. Our Royal Caribbean transportation bus was a distance from the Scoot Around tent which made it difficult to load my mom on the bus and then return the chair. Thankfully, Holly told us that she would send someone over to pick up the chair after we got my mom on the bus. I was nervous about this because I wasn't sure that the chair would make it back to the tent and, thus, we would be charged a fee. We left it with the staff member that was assisting passengers onto the bus. Relieved, the chair was delivered back to the tent and I received a confirmation. Having mobility equipment for someone with limitations is a must when traveling on a mega cruise ship. It definitely helped to make my mom's vacation more enjoyable. Thank you.”
“Scooter did not have backup noise beep and would turn off if when staying in one place for less than 2 minutes.wanted replacement but they did not have one,left scooter with them for one night,same condition when used the next day,equipment seemed old

“I did not like that you won't rent them by the hour. Having to pay $70.00 for an hour or 2 is a little much. Even your workers said that you lose a lot of business because of this. If you charged say $10.00 an hour up to 4 hours and anything over 4 hours then you could charge $70.00.”
