“Can’t believe the level of service I have received as a new customer who placed a £200 order....order not despatched for 6 days....then order partially cancelled...that was 10 days ago and I sent it back but still waiting for a refund. Logged a complaint and a manager promised to deal with it and offer me a gesture of goodwill and never called me back. Morgan then replied to my Trustpilot review and I emailed him back as he promised to resolve....a week on and I haven’t had any communication....DO NOT BUY you will regret it....!”
“Ordered an item for click and collect, normally within 3-5 days, original email said it would be ready the next day but had no email so went to track it. Then said it would be ready by Saturday, 5 days after I originally ordered it. Saturday comes, no email, I call them and all they have to say is ‘it’s been delayed’ no reason why, no indication of when it’s going to be ready, no estimated date just that I should wait. Finally Tuesday comes and I get an email saying it’s despatched, over a week from originally ordering it, but the updates leave a lot to be desired. Giving this a poor instead of a very poor because the staff when going to collect it seemed polite and organised, more than I can say for behind the scenes.”
“I bought a sweatshirt on the site, after four days they sent me an email telling me that I will be reimbursed. The sweatshirt was very much sought after and if I had been warned before I could have tried to buy it on some other site, but now it is sold out in all online stores and not. Really bad. To never again.”
“We regularly shop at Scotts and bought a lovely backpack in the summer. The zip however didn't have a stopper at the end, so the zip fell off and was lost. It may have been a fake bag for the quality to have been so poor, it couldn’t have passed a quality inspection. We couldn't fix this and as it had only been used of a couple of days, we arranged to send it back to Scotts. This was over four months ago now and they seem absolutely incapable of sorting a return or a refund. They can't find the bag but look every couple of weeks for it in their warehouse. What a shower they must be, certainly don’t consider the customer or how valued it makes us feel to be without the bag all this time when they have my sons hard earned cash and I’ve wasted hours emailing them backwards and forward. Such a hopeless company that doesn’t care one jot about their loyal customers; I certainly won’t be back again there ever again.”
“I brought ralph lauren slides for my son as a present. And I'm very disappointed, the box arrived very damaged! The tissue that was meant to surround them was in the box and all ripped! Honestly looked old! And the sliders themselves didn't even look new.....if you'd told me they were second hand I'd believe you, they were all dented etc. Very unhappy with this!”
“I ordered something. got the wrong product. Had to sent the product back with my own money. When i asked if they would refund it they said that they would refund in 7 days. 10 days later still havent received anything. And the only said yes after 1.5 months of contacting them.
