I ordered two screens with next day delivery. They didn't arrive on the Friday or the next week. I was extremely disappointed as they look lovely. The tracking code with the courier was wrong,eventually I was given the correct code and it looked like they had held on to the screens for a week. So I went to an online chat with the courier. It turns out they had only received notification the screens were going to them. I sent numerous emails to S.W.E and, in the beginning, I received friendly emails back. When I emailed to tell them the screens were not with the courier and I wanted to cancel my order I still received emails that didn't really address the problem. Luckily I paid using PayPal and took it straight to the resolution centre. Suddenly I received an email from the head of customer services - which I ignored one, because it was probably another delaying tactic and two, because I'd handed the case over to PayPal. I will in the future use a credit card or PayPal as it seems they tend to ignore the customer and only respond to bigger companies.

After reading negative reviews about this company I was a bit reluctant to order from them. Anyway I had a few emails with Sara and I decided to take a chance. I ordered 2 Screens and a trellis they arrived today well packed. They r absolutely beautiful and I can’t wait to have them put up on my new patio .

You don't get your order and the customer service is appaling. I have tried to get a sensible response via chat, email, fb messenger, all a waste of time. There is no revised delivery information and even when you ask for managers / directors contact details, you don't get them. They blame the couriers and they just keep saying wait a week ( even though they advertise next working day delivery), and this is week after week. Keep your valuable hard earned cash to spend with a reputable company.

I feel like a newby as I only placed my order a week ago but after no signs of delivery, I started to seek out reviews and wow, am I feeling stupid now! I’m not going to wait weeks or hound them with numerous emails because I should not have to, they’ve taken £570 of my money and I have nothing to show for it. I’ve emailed them once and got the copy-and-paste reply, so I have emailed again demanding that the order is cancelled and money returned as per my consumer rights of 14 day cool off period. If I don’t hear back from them in a couple of days it’s off to trading standards and charge back through credit card. I’ve been banned from their Facebook page for suggesting that they may have logistics problems that need sorting before expanding their sales and promise of next day delivery. Customer service is non-existent and a bit glib with stupid emojis!

Avoid this company like the plague!! They’re nothing but a bunch of fraudsters. They have ripped me off for £1600 not only me but many other customers as well. Apparently my order is with the couriers and they’ve lost it that was over a month ago.Screen with envy don’t reply to my emails the girls in sales fob you off with we’ll look into it and get back to you BUT NEVER DO!! This is by far the worst company I have ever come across. My wife has had sleepless nights worried that we have lost £1600 which is a huge amount of money for us. I can’t see us getting our money back or our fence panels

Terrible. Avoid. The worst service I have ever experienced. Customer service is woeful. Delivery shocking. Meant to be next day delivery however waited 5 weeks with numerous calls and emails. Received part orders. Bland emails with emojis don't really cut it I'm afraid. Told item had been collected by courier only to be told the next day it was still at SWE. The Directors of this company should be ashamed although I doubt it.

If only I had read the reviews about this company before ordering! They are the worst company I have ever bought a item from. Ordered 27th February with promise of next day delivery- now in May and despite dozens of promises, fake tracking numbers I still don’t have my item. When you highlight their failings on social media they block you. This company is fraudulent. I have instructed PayPal to recover my money as I know I won’t be receiving the item

Lying thieving dishonest company. Avoid like the plague! Taking a recharge claim case up with my bank to claim the back money after my order failed to materialise.

Waited over s month.... no delivery over 30 emails and telephone calls...requested refund over 10 times and no refund..... just more of their emails saying they are sorting it...... shocking service.... do not use them

Fraudulent Company. Lies on lies. Do NOT deliver product. And will NOT provide a refund. Company should be shut down. Would give neagtive scores if I could.

Je ne comprends pas les avis négatifs, super qualité et design super joli, commande facile, service client à l'écoute et ultra disponible, livraison via TNT en 48h bref....nickel!! Un grand merci et heureusement que je ne me suis pas laissée influencer par les avis super négatifs 😅👍

If I could have opted for a lower score I would have. I have two outstanding orders totaling £415 which were ordered over a month ago despite the promise of next day delivery. They issue fake courier tracking information to stall customers. I have sent 12 emails and made numerous phone calls to constantly be lied to and made false promises about delivery. I have requested a refund 4 times to just be ignored. This company should not be allowed to continue trading as I know I’m not the only customer in my situation.

‘Fences with Angry’ Where do I start. The worst company wrt customer support in my 55years I have ever experienced. Two weeks of hell. Quick to respond with a technical query or question. Quick to take your money. Slow to send items. Slow to acknowledge what was eventually sent was both totally wrong and damaged. All reps are 2mins away if you call them. Live chat are all called Sophie (founders) name. No one calls back if leave vm. And all mails are as if in the twilight zone, repeatedly thanking you for your patience (where there is none), apologising for your distress snd pain (they have no idea) and asking for your order number. Promising will be dealt with (even after two number 13) and blaming numerous couriers. TNT (Google SWE apologises for Tom and his walk of shame) - none on both consignment docs too, FX and offers. For us it was Pallex (who by the way coukd not be more helpful - 01530-239004 nr Coalville). Ironically their customer rep also Sophie. So shows Ying and Yang exists - two extremes. We now have no sign of what we ordered to finally tidy our garden after 33yrs as retirement approaches but enough parts (wrong colour, design, size and quantity) to cobble together something (I knew that Eng’g degree was not wasted). Finally, after they have stalled, fobbed off, lied and show no regards for a customer they block you on social media and messenger. They use influencers (watch C4’s The Circle) to promote them with positive commends (shame on them too). The real shame in all of this the panels are overrated overpriced and susceptible to damage but the posts are cleaverlh designed, robust and nicely finished. Such a shame. The only post I have seen from them I actually like. Be warned.

This company has a fancy website but doesn’t have the stock to fulfil your order- don’t be tempted! I have been waiting 3 months for my order, with 4 different delivery dates promised. I have even been palmed off with a non-existent tracking number .

SCREENWITHENVY ABSOLUTELY SCAM!!!!! We bought 2 posts , 2 basements and a screen in march. They posted basements scratched and the posts are damaged. Phoned many times and their line put your phone down after 2 minutes wait as noone available. Emailed them and sent pictures of faulty items, they said they will come back to us which i had to chase again as non of them bothered. Then we have been told by email that they gona refund. That never happened. Then when we have live chat "Sophie" (which is the company founder when i do research.) Again we have been told they gona replace our faulty items. Suprised suprised Never arrived. Then i had to chase it again which courier company blamed. But courier company TNT said theres nothing been post to my address. After many phone call attempts cant reach anyone. Then Emailed and they said sorry it will be post today which was in 11th april. Then 1 item arrived which says on box 2 of 2. So i have been waitng a week to 2nd one arrive but never came. After live chat talking Sophie said ohhh its been lost in the post again. I have contacted TNT with the number of my post code and the companyname with the code. It was shockinggggg TNT said they never gave the 1st item to courier. Then i asked if they can book TNT for 2 items to pick up and only give one, they said yes thats what exactly they did. Then i asked someone to call me on live chat lucky that someone phoned me and she was still blaming TNT. They blocked me on facebook and deleted all my comments. This website has to many bad reviews on social media. I still have not received all of my order made 14th February 2021. The lastest excuse is that they are out of stock. So that tells me hey are continuing to falsely advertise although trading standards have already said that they have been warned not to because so many customers have been complaining to them about this and they are not delivering orders by prioritising those who have been waiting the longest which is an unfair system. So where is the money going????? If they are taking it months ago but got no stock???? Probably funding the fat cat directors whose business model it is to train there customer service in spinning lies and peddling excuses to avoid taking any accountability while they spend your money.

If I could give 0 stars I would. You can’t trust this company. Like so many others, I placed an order in late March expecting, as advertised, that it would be delivered the next working day! The days went by and after many promises of ‘it will be sent tomorrow’ and ‘please wait 48 hours’ I finally had a delivery tracking number around a week and a half later. My parcel was supposedly shipped with Pallex, but the tracking information never changed until it was reset by the courier a few days later as it has never been shipped by SWE. I have email proof that SWE never even dispatched my order, but of course they did not admit this! Had I not have chased I would not have had any information at all and would have been waiting day in day out for a non existent pallet to arrive. Like so many other reviewers, I was fed lie after lie; I sent emails, live chat messages and Facebook messages daily to be told it was being looked into, it was already shipped etc etc before being told it had been ‘lost’ by Pallex. Following this, different representatives continued to tell me different things. My replacement parcel had both been shipped and was on hold at the same time. I was then told it was out of stock entirely! The only conclusion I can draw is that it was never sent at all, SWE are using the courier companies as a scapegoat and seemingly lying through their teeth. I can’t help but be incredibly disappointed that so many seem to have had a wonderful experience when there’s so much reportedly going wrong for others. It does make me question the ethics of invited reviews. I also watched as Facebook and Instagram comments from disgruntled customers were deleted by SWE to continue portraying themselves as a ‘positive’ company. I finally managed to secure a refund as my replacement order was never sent. This took many phone calls, messages and emails (even messages being purposefully deleted from the chat!!) but thankfully it was sorted. It’s a real shame as I was excited to have my panels up but just could not afford to be out of pocket and felt my trust in the company was lost after so much dishonesty and empty assurances.
