I wished I had read the reviews before putting in an order. We put our order in worth £200 thinking it would be next day delivery, 7 days later we had heard nothing. So I emailed, rang with no luck of an answer. We only live 20 miles from the company so we decided to pay them a visit, and we didn't leave until we had our items, we ordered 16mm trellis but they only had 5mm so we decided that was better than nothing. They owed £25 refund which was promised in 7-10 days but guess what, we've received nothing. Worst company ever.

How I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. Absolutely terrible customer care. Like other customers I ordered 3 months ago, assured of delivery within a couple of days. Payment was taken immediately but 3 months later I am still awaiting delivery. They do not answer phone calls, never return calls and e mails are acknowledged but never actioned. I am now cancelling the order but expecting a battle for a refund. Please avoid this terrible company.

Returned the items three weeks, still can't get my refund. Contact them multiple times, they promise to return it to me, but no actions. Very bad company, don't buy from them. Lili

3 months ago placed order, not arrived, lied to about delivery update, now ignoring emails, messages, no one answers on the phone, disgraceful that they take money without knowing if they can provide the goods, disgraceful , would give zero stars if possible

Delivery not arrived after 3 weeks, they don’t answer the phone and hide behind their computers , keep saying with the delivery company so cannot refund, delivery company saying they have not picked anything up to be delivered to me absolutely shocking company

In my recent experience 'Screen with Envy Ltd' is a terrible company. I paid £431+ three weeks ago; no confirmation of order - only a fabricated 'consignment number', which the named delivery company knows nothing about. No response from SwE to my requests for info on my order. No response from SwE to my request for a refund. So I'll now be contacting Trading Standards + the BBC 'Rip-Off Britain' team. Please share a warning to your contacts not to part with any £s for this company's phantom products. Screen with Envy con-artists need to be outed across the country for their faudulent operation. Please spread the word to save others losing money & being faced with subsequent weeks of hassle. Fingers crossed for anyone else on here who's trying to retrieve their hard-earned cash!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY! I have had nothing but grief from this company. Started off ok but they lie to you about everything, delivery times, stock availability, even if by some miracle you receive an order it will most likely be wrong or bits missing (as mine was!) I have spent weeks chasing them and being lied to. I and 100's of others are in the same or worse position. They are blocking and removing all bad comments on their Facebook pages to try and hide the shambles that this company is. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY !

Ordered my radiator cover last NOVEMBER yes NOVEMBER They took my money on day of purchase And nothing been delivered I've called them many times And all I'm told is sorry you should get it next Month ABSOLUTE JOKE SCAMMERS GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered a screen back in January. I had an email about delivery, a delivery came, well part of one! I got a screen and 1 post! Helpful. Rang and told them they said they'd send a new one out on 48hr delivery.. took 4 days but it arrived. Only in May when I was well enough to try and put the screen up did I realise I only had 1 fitting kit! So I rang again and ordered the spares.. that was 4 weeks ago! They have been a nightmare to get hold of. They don't answer the phone, the chat people said my order was shipped on the 25th yet I have had nothing from the delivery Co to verify that. Can't ever get through to anyone. If there is a problem then why are they not just upfront about it rather than lying and p*ssing their customers off! Sort it out!

Avoid this company at all costs - they are an absolute shambles! They get 1 star because, well, you have to don't you. I ordered on the 20 March. I was repeatedly given delivery dates - not one arrived. I cancelled the order and received confirmation back on the 4 May. The refund would take 5-10 working days. As of 30 May it still hasn't arrived. I received a shipping notice on the 16 May. I called and emailed them to let them know it was cancelled. My local courier still tried to contact me on the 25th May to deliver. The customer service team is awful. Not one is capable of carrying out basic tasks. This stems from the CEO, Sophie, who I copied in on emails in order to get a response. Guess what - a blank email in response. Sums up the whole company.

So, hoping we might get a refund but not looking good - ordered March for next day delivery. Had to chase - oh it’s now May and we can have a small discount. End of May - have to chase - oh it’s now July…refund requested, no reply yet, let’s see….

Scam company. Ordered with them in Jan 2021 - 17 months later, no product and no refund after multiple requests and over 48 emails. Have now reported to HM Small Claim Court to try and recoup the money.

Please avoid. Ordered a radiator cover 6 months ago and never arrived. Kept telling me it was due next month. Eventually gave up and asked for a refund but haven’t heard back. That was 3 weeks ago. Fraudulent company. Will be reporting to trading standards.

No stars! They have no products but still keep taking peoples money. Even if you get an email telling you they have processed a refund it won’t happen. They continue to use social media to promote items they have not got .They have now blocked my access to comment or react to their social media posts, I feel sorry for those people still parting with their money. Report them to Facebook and Trading standards. I paid on my credit card , fingers crossed I might see my £340 again. Others have contacted me who are not so lucky, having used Klarna etc. Just awful company.
