Despite requests for samples on 3 occasions none arrived, against my better judgment I ordered 2 screens which took ages to arrive. I contacted Customer Services, emails were only ever responded to during the night and never actually gave you real updates only a sort of automated response. The screens did arrive eventually and are okay and do look okay when up! I have since ordered another one from Charles & Ivy who provided a significantly better service

We ordered 4 x 6ft panels. The first issue was they advertised in stock and next day delivery. They were not in stock and it was delivered 2 weeks later. You shouldn't advertise next day delivery when out of stock. Second issues is more fundamental. We received 4 x grey panels and installed the first 3 no problem. After installing the 4th it became obvious that the shade was lighter. Clearly from different batches. The response from the company was very much "tough luck" you installed so now not our problem. My advice is inspect closely as they clearly have QA issues or ship mixing batches. If you don't you have no come back and they aren't interested. A credible retailer / manufacturer wouldn't respond in this way. Personally for the price you pay and the product quality / service it just doesn't stack up and i would avoid

Warning to customers who are still awaiting their money back, make a claim against them in small claims court and bombard them with CCJs!! I had trouble like everyone else ordered a screen and posts. Nothing came, chased, fobbed off, got block on Facebook and Instagram. Sent message after message...ignored. So I claimed back through PayPal. They awarded in my favour. Then two days after it turned up. I expected them to contact me so we could arrange payment now I actually had it. Oh no they did one better I received a summons for money or I would need up with a CCJ. This in my opinion was really low and actually demonstrates the type of company you are going to deal with. I was more than happy to pay but I wasn't going to have my money with a company who wouldn't supply the goods and would not communicate. So my advice is if you are waiting for you money and know you are not going to receive your good take them to court. Sadly this has been EDITED as Screen With Envy have complained that I said that their positive reviews are fake. Okay I accept and apologise that my statement was without evidence, however I will point out that if they have so much time on their hands they should be addressing the poor customers who are chasing their goods and responding to the feedback on websites giving an explanation rather than looking for way to stop people expressing how they have been made to feel. It's called freedom of speech. The products are good and do look nice I do think they are overpriced, however, the service is appalling. So order with low expectations and anything above is a win.

Please avoid this company! I really wish I had, the product looks great but that’s where any good ends. I’ve been waiting on a refund for over £1000 for 4 weeks now! Why aren’t they refunding? This needs looked into! Obviously happy to take money and provide no goods or refund! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Please don’t order from this company. I knew of the potential delays so made contact before placing my order and they confirmed the item was in stock. The next day delivery window came and went so I chased them only to be told there was a delay of 1-2 days. 2 days later I was told the items were out of stock and would not be available for another 10 days. In the meantime I received a dispatch email with a tracking number that did not work. I was told this email was sent in error. This weekend I received a promotional email advertising their flash sale so I made contact to ask if my order could be changed to a product that is actually in stock and am told that no amends can be made as the order has been shipped and should have arrived by now, even though this product supposedly won’t be back in stock until at least the 17th May! They have my money, I have no screens. The overwhelming inconsistencies make it impossible to resolve anything with this company so please avoid at all costs! There is something very strange going on at Screen With Envy.

I ordered a garden screen in which came back 5/6 weeks later than the original delivery date. The screen then came back damaged on delivery so I was offered a refund or part refund if I kept the item. It’s been another 4/5 weeks and I’m still waiting a refund. They keep ignoring my emails and calls which makes things worse.

Attempted to order sample pack 3 times now and none have ever arrived. Would absolutely never place an order from a company if they can’t even manage to send a sample pack out successfully.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They failed to deliver the entire order (only posts) and no screens. A whole month later and I have still not received a refund and they are trying to make me pay for the return of posts that I do not need as I have no screens to use in them. Dreadful customer service!

Same issue as all others on here. Placed an order over 3 weeks ago, next day delivery. No signs of this coming anytime soon and no valid explanation. Avoid !!

Ordered "in stock" screens 3 weeks ago. Still waiting for a delivery date confirmation. I keep calling and emailing, and get apologies but no screens! Happy to take your money, but then do not deliver goods..

I placed an order of 5 x screens back in March all same size and colour. 4 arrived correct, however, the 5th screen was sent in error (cream and not dove grey). The screen was returned and a replacement sent. The replacement received was the correct colour, but the wrong thickness not as per the original 5mm (no fault of mine). This was returned and finally, after a 3-4 week wait the 3rd replacement arrived but a different shade of grey (not dove grey). I emailed (rare to get a response) no response, I then finally got hold of someone on the phone on Friday and was told this was query was with the colour technician, they would look into this and come back to me in 1-2 days. At the time I asked that if the colours were not able to be matched would be happy to accept the return of the whole order and replace it with 5 x the same colour screens, I was told YES. No surprise, no one contacted me. After finally getting hold of someone on the telephone 19th April, I was advised nothing could be done, other than If I returned the screen it could be replaced with no guarantee that the colour would match the existing and that as it is not faulty any return will be at my own cost. I was further advised that as I have put up the 4 screens these would not be able to be replaced as they are now used so Basically I was stuffed. The only way forward to keep ordering until I get a screen the same colour as advertised and return at my own cost, or just throw away £200 spent on screens that don’t fulfil my order. Fast forward to May, finally got the screen replaced and assured the lighter (Dove Grey - as per original order) were identified and would be sent out... 12th May. delivery arrived and would you believe two dark grey screen arrive. Called customer service and advised nothing can be done, whilst they sympathise and fully understand it tough! No manager available to speak to (never known a company not to have managers ever available). How can this company be able to trade?. It's terrible and so disappointing that customers are left out of pocket due to the mistake of this company and that they won't take any responsibility

Avoid. First it was out of stock, then the courier had lost it, then it was being sent out again, then they had no stock. I ordered mid March and have been told I might get it when they have stock in June. They will not refund and just keep changing their story. Absolutely disgraceful company and they should be struck off at Companies House. I think they use your money to purchase their stock to complete existing orders and then need to wait for more orders so they can get more stock, which is probably coming from some sweat shop abroad

Advertised as free next business day delivery, 1 week later 3 emails and 2 phone calls later finally a response to say order has been dispatched .. watch this space as not impressed so far 😕

Placed the order then never heard from them again! Constant calls and messages sent. Have been promised delivery next week (once again), but not convinced they will come. 3 weeks wait for screens that were in stock and supposed to be next day delivery....

Such a shame - these guys could be great but they're a bunch of charlatans. They over trade, take your money, promise it's in stock and then use that money to place the next lot of orders so you wait forever. They consistently lie and delay, brass neck doesn't do them justice. A great shame, because the product is good.

Unlike a lot of customers who are still waiting for their orders to arrive and given one star, ours did eventually arrive, albeit wrong. The screens were the wrong thickness, and several Spacers were missing. The after sales service is appalling!, as is the s o called 'immediate reply' chat room- not fit for purpose IMHO. If Screen With Envy are to last, serous improvements need to be made. There's nothing envious about been featured on BBC Watchdog is there??
