NO STARS!! - but doesnt allow you to post with no stars! Took my money, wouldnt answer my emails, still nothing arrived. In breach of sale of goods.......taking further until resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - poor service and dishonest.

Aujourd'hui je fête mon anniversaire de commande, 1 an que j'ai commandé des clôtures (panneaux + poteaux) et 2 portails motorisés (un pivotant et un coulissant). J'ai reçu mes clôtures dans un délai plutôt correct (ça, c'était il y a un an, maintenant ils n'arrivent plus à suivre et n'ont plus de stocks). Pour mes 2 portails, c'est une autre histoire. Après plusieurs mois d'attentes, d'appels, d'échanges de mail interminable où l'on me disait que l'envoi se fera dans 2 semaines ou le mois prochain, bref où l'échéance était toujours repoussée, j'arrive enfin à obtenir un envoi de ceux-ci (j'ai dû quand même insister fortement). Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise, quand je découvre mon colis ! Il y avait les panneaux, les lames, le châssis aluminium et le moteur du portail coulissant. Il me manquait toute la quincaillerie (roulettes, pièces de jonction, supports, visserie …) ainsi que les rails portail, et il me manquait un portail pivotant au complet ! Du coup c'était reparti pour un tour, appels, mails, attente, j'ai dû réexpliquer toute la situation car les interlocuteurs avaient changé (je pense que l'ancienne équipe du service client a totalement démissionnée car ils devaient en avoir marre de se faire râler dessus par des clients mécontents à longueur de journée). Je prends la décision d'annuler le 2ème portail, après 3 mois le remboursement arrive enfin (j'ai dû les appelé 3 fois par semaines pendant 3 mois avant que le virement ne soit effectué). En ce qui concerne les pièces manquantes du portail coulissant j'ai encore dû envoyer un nombre de mails incalculable et passer une quantité d'appels inimaginables avant de trouver une "solution". Ils ont réussi à me trouver toute la quincaillerie manquante, mais dans une autre couleur ! J'accepte de la recevoir dans la mauvaise couleur (ce sont des petites pièces moins visibles, un coup de bombe de peinture fera l'affaire). Au bout de 2-3 semaines je les reçoit enfin et tout à l'air d'être là sauf .... Les RAILS !!! A l’heure d’aujourd’hui, j'attends donc de nouveau depuis 2 mois qu'on m'envoie ces foutus rails et je suis donc dans l'impossibilité de monté mon portail coulissant motorisé… Au fil des discussions j'avais également reçu une promesse de dédommagement à hauteur de 10% des pièces qui n'avaient pas été livrées dans les temps, je l'attends toujours malgré mes relances incessantes. Mon conseil à ceux qui souhaiterais commander chez Screenwithenvy ? FUYEZ PAUVRES FOUS !!!

Same as everyone else. Took the money. No screens and generic replies. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AND REPORT TO TRADING STANDARDS

Screens arrived damaged four weeks ago Six emails sent to customer service with photos as requested and zero response …. Don’t deal with this company !

Nightmare. Waited in all day on delivery day. Status from Tuffnells changed to delivered. Called Envy, on hold forever. Live chat useless. Eval gets you an automated response. Trading standards should be ask over this company. Now disputing transaction with bank to recover money. Send they don't have stock. Lie about delivery and can't tell you where your order is. Shambles if a company. As for small family business... do not be fooled. Huge queues getting through to call centre.

I ordered screens for 1000 Euros. They never delivered and when I cancelled my order never refunded my money. It's a big scam! They are not responding to mails and their phone is out of order

Ook in nederland worden mensen door dit bedrijf opgelicht. Ik heb ( gelukkig) maar 3 schermen besteld maar heb niks ontvangen. Vage antwoorden per e-mail dat de magazijn hef ontslagen is en dat er daarom geen leveringen zijn gedaan. Ik heb daarop mijn order gecanceld. Ik zou mijn geld terug krijgen maar wacht daar nu al 2 maanden op. Je krijgt steeds hetzelfde standaard mailtje terug van ene Haseeb. Hij geeft het door aan zijn manager en het wordt zo snel mogelijk in orde gemaakt. Ik lees hier helaas dat ik niet de enige ben met dit verhaal.

They are a scam. You will never receive the order from them and they will keep telling you they is a delay, until you are fed up. They won't refund your money, so I reported them to my bank under financial crime and fraud. Was refunded my money in full.

Ordered a radiator cover in November 2021, didn’t arrive, chased it up advised there was a delay of 10 weeks, 10 weeks comes and goes no communication, chase it up told delayed again, until June this time, June arrives still no order, chase again told august now. Customer service poor, not even apologetic, and still continue to take pre orders for these items. Does anyone ever get these items and how many pre orders can one company take? I really, really wish I could find what I wanted elsewhere. I would avoid at all costs, you’re unlikely to ever receive your items.

Terrible service. screens arrived later than expected ("next day delivery" on their website). The posts required to set up the screens never arrived. They refused a refund for the made-in-China screens even though they were unusable without the posts. Still waiting for a refund for the undelivered posts. Customer service/communication is abysmal.

THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE AS WHY YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR GOODS - COMPLETE BUNCH OF LIARS ABD SCAMMERS (They are even fiddling Trust Pilot reviews - have a look!)

BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING from SCREEN WITH ENVy Iordered 4 5mm screens from them via their internet page. I then received an email apology for delay in delivery saying that it had not left the warehouse. I then sent them and email to say I wanted to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong size and would need the 16mm screens. As I had received an customer service action number and no follow up I decided to ring them direct that day to say I wanted to cancel the order as it was the wrong size. And I would reorder the correct sizes. I was told that it would take a long time to get a refund that way and that she could amend the order and send me an invoice to cover the difference. I agreed to this approach. She could not give me the opportunity to pay there and then because I was told the barcodes had changed on the system and it would take her an hour to sort it out! I then received an email to say the screens had been packed and were in the warehouse waiting for the courier to turn up so they said it was too late to amend the order ? And they were going to send them to me anyway!!!! I now have to pay to try and get them sent back to them despite telling them not to send them to me. Reading other reviews it would seem that this company is a difficult company to deal with and almost impossible to get your money back and a refund. It is so disappointing that they have sent me screens that I have told them I do not want as I need a larger size. The customer service person I spoke to this morning about it didn’t want to know other than to tell me that the return would be for me to pick up the cost. The bottom line is I tried to cancel my order before it had even left the warehouse and they ignored that probably because they had my money

Still waiting after seven months for our order that I've paid for, sent numerous messages requesting an indication of the delivery date, was promised on four occasions it was coming only to be let down and promised new dates that have passed. Beginning to think they are a scam company, now looking into options with my consumer rights and investigative consumer programs. If they are unable to fulfill orders within a few months (which I appreciate happens) they should offer payback in full!

Awful company. You order and says despatched next working day. No order update to find out no stock for a month, then they put it back another month. Asked for a refund because they couldn’t provide what I wanted and now I’ve been waiting months to keep being told 3-5 working days. Do not order from them go elsewhere!!
