Do yourself a favour and avoid SWE. The screens are poor quality and the customer service is worse. Our screens turned up late and severely damaged as the packaging was just cardboard! There was no protective packaging or even fragile written on the box. I rejected the delivery immediately but had no joy getting replacements or more recently a refund. Now having to go through small claims court!! Do yourself a favour and find an alternative to these cowboys.

If you decide to place an order with this company, I sincerely hope that your experience is significantly better! After giving Screen With Envy three chances to get things right, I have lost all hope with the company and that's a big shame because their product looks amazing. I'm sure the screens I ordered would look amazing in my garden... that is, of course, if I ever got what I ordered! Instead of the product I originally ordered, on two separate occasions I received sets of 5mm screens and just today, on the third occasion of me allowing Screen With Envy to try to get it right, sets of 16mm Trellis. It's hardly rocket science! I've already had to change plans with my builder twice and now I'll have to make changes yet again. I'm not sure if the staff believe that they're telling the truth or intentionally misleading me, but they have continually insisted that deliveries would be next day and yet on every occasion that has never been achieved. To the best of my recollection, the quickest they achieved was a three-day delivery. When I originally ordered, next day delivery wasn't even important, but it increasingly became important because of the change of plans it caused me to make with my builder. Having messed up, Screen With Envy failed to make good on every promise it made to me, despite getting in touch with their customer services team via email and speaking with them directly. I have attempted to find the email addresses of the founders - Sophie and Tom Birkert - to try to get them to intervene. Despite searching for a reasonable amount of time, I failed to find any contact details. I will be calling the company again on Monday to request a full refund, but I fear how that will go having read about other people's accounts. Tom or Sophie - if you're reading this review, I'd very much appreciate you reaching out to me to get this resolved.

Do not buy from this site ! Horrendous product ! Flimsy and plastic looking …… the box it arrived in was better quality and more sturdy than the screen !

This is the worst experience i've ever had - basic and very rude custommer servise, i have requested a refund because my order didn't arrive and they said - we can't refund you because you must reject the delivery. I didn't receive my order, how am i supposed to reject it. With huge sadness I have to add even more terrible information - Ryan from their customer service team have sent an email to me tell me that my phone call had been recorded (illegally because they never advised me my phone calls will be recorded) which I accepted as a threat to myself because i complained against them. Please don't purchase anything from this company! Stay away of them.

Ordered screen, promised next day delivery. Over six weeks later and the screen hasn’t arrived. They won’t respond to my emails.

Well i have to say i am delighted with Screen With Envy. 😊. I received sample packs very promptly and then i ordered 3 screens and again received then in great time, they arrived that very week. I am absolutely delighted with them and i cannot wait until my garden is finished and then I can put the pics on here to show my screens off 😊 thank you so much Screenwithenvy.....

This company is shocking. The product is of poor quality and arrived damaged the cut outs have big radius’s in the corner where they have been cut to big. They have big dig ins and random holes in them. Mine also arrived cracked and useless. They are not worth the money they are asking maybe I got a bad batch but hey I can’t get in touch with the company now they have my money?! Funny that. They also send a email saying that no damage is there fault before it arrives and blame it all on Hermes to try and cover there backs before they even arrive! Honestly keep your money!

Have had to go via credit card company to get money back. They didn’t deliver, we requested to cancel but it was impossible to get a response from them. After nearly 2 months they finally replied saying the order had been delivered even though the house they were ordered to is now completely empty and no one is living there. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Unfortunately, I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a grey planter £280 from here 4 weeks ago on next day delivery. I still haven't received it and no communication. I chased it up last week and was told I would receive it as a priority in 1-2 days. It never turned up!!! I have contacted them again today via chat (because they will not answer calls) and have been told it is on delay until the end of June. Needless to say - I don't believe them so I am now just trying to get my money back. Think twice before ordering or instead look elsewhere.

Zero stars if I could, SWE do not even deserve 1 star!! Give this company a very wide berth. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Strongly advise you to do your research before parting with any money. Check out Trustpilot for the genuine negative reviews, although they try to get them removed. Any negative posts on FB and Instagram are deleted very quickly and then you are blocked! Shocking company....you have been warned.

Dreadful company to deal with. Take you payment on the basis of a next day delivery… 3 weeks later and nothing delivered. Will not commit to a delivery date or a refund. Just full of generic excuses. Look a page on Facebook called Screen With Envy Scammers.

If not fraud it is very close to it. Take the money, weeks of silence about deliveries, lies about deliveries being commenced (courier companies records show they were not even sent products), no response to cancellation requests or refunds. The only way to get your money back is from PayPal or your bank! Avoid at all costs.

Damaged screen arrived after 10 days not next day. Emailed immediately and a month on I still don’t have the replacement. I have been lied to at every turn. Latest twist, screen was shipped Tuesday via next day delivery but is still not here. I emailed again today and was told that the stock will be in tomorrow and will be sent out after that. So someone is lying. A entire month of this joke of a Company not replying to any emails/chats and still no screen. Will be going to my credit card company to get my money back.

I wish I had read the reviews for this company before I ordered. Staff do not know the product, chat is a waste of time, I am waiting for a refund as the order was cancelled before it left their premises. I reordered and payment was taken immediately. Order delivered and it was wrong. They asked for pictures and I supplied those. Nothing else happening. So I am waiting for a refund of an order that never left them, and waiting for some information on what they will do about the incorrectly delivered items. I think the whole service thing is a waste of time and if you can believe the blurb that you get from the founder of the company, you will have been taken in just like me. So out of pocket, wrong products delivered and unable to speak to anyone with any authority. This company has to to be worth at the very most 1/2 STAR

Do no believe in next day delivery. More than 10 days already since order place and cannot contact them... Absolutely terrible company. No able to contact them via phone or email - no one responding, the same as Web chat. I'm glad that I paid via PayPal, refund case has been submitted as there is no chance to talk to anyone in this bulshitt company. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

Oh how ironic, Screen with Envy has certainly lived up to it’s name, quite literally. I am truly envious of the people who have allegedly received their screens and it would appear that I am by no means alone in this. I have never written a 1 star review before and, if I could, I would give this company exactly what they’ve given me a big fat 0. I am a very patient customer who understands that delays happen, however after placing a £1260 order on 22nd April and receiving no assurance from Customer Services as to when my order would be dispatched, I requested to cancel my order on 23rd May. Since then there has been complete silence from the Customer Services team who were so keen to engage with me before I placed my order, absolutely zero response to my emails. This Company has tested my patience to the limit and I now truly believe that they are continuing to take orders that they have no intention of fulfilling and then they use delaying tactics to avoid issuing refunds…… quite a clever but unethical way to boost their cash flow!
