“I ordered some screens from Screen with Envy last month and had excellent customer service. I wasn't sure what type of fence posts to buy to go with the screens and I have never bought this kind of product before, so I chatted to them first. They were really helpful and the screens arrived swiftly. If you are at all concerned about the company or if you aren't sure what size of screen to buy I suggest you talk through your needs with them first before buying as I did. As you can see from the picture I have actually bought a product from this company. This photo is me and my husband trying out my screen to see how the garden design is coming along. I now have to do a bit more digging in the garden before I can concrete in the posts and get everything fixed up permanently but I am so pleased with my purchase. The screen is gorgeous. (I got the Alhambra if you like the design).”
“BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE ORDERING from SCREEN WITH ENVy Iordered 4 5mm screens from them via their internet page. I then received an email apology for delay in delivery saying that it had not left the warehouse. I then sent them and email to say I wanted to cancel my order as I had ordered the wrong size and would need the 16mm screens. As I had received an customer service action number and no follow up I decided to ring them direct that day to say I wanted to cancel the order as it was the wrong size. And I would reorder the correct sizes. I was told that it would take a long time to get a refund that way and that she could amend the order and send me an invoice to cover the difference. I agreed to this approach. She could not give me the opportunity to pay there and then because I was told the barcodes had changed on the system and it would take her an hour to sort it out!
I then received an email to say the screens had been packed and were in the warehouse waiting for the courier to turn up so they said it was too late to amend the order ? And they were going to send them to me anyway!!!!
I now have to pay to try and get them sent back to them despite telling them not to send them to me. Reading other reviews it would seem that this company is a difficult company to deal with and almost impossible to get your money back and a refund. It is so disappointing that they have sent me screens that I have told them I do not want as I need a larger size. The customer service person I spoke to this morning about it didn’t want to know other than to tell me that the return would be for me to pick up the cost. The bottom line is I tried to cancel my order before it had even left the warehouse and they ignored that probably because they had my money”
“Still waiting after seven months for our order that I've paid for, sent numerous messages requesting an indication of the delivery date, was promised on four occasions it was coming only to be let down and promised new dates that have passed. Beginning to think they are a scam company, now looking into options with my consumer rights and investigative consumer programs.
If they are unable to fulfill orders within a few months (which I appreciate happens) they should offer payback in full!”
“Awful company. You order and says despatched next working day. No order update to find out no stock for a month, then they put it back another month. Asked for a refund because they couldn’t provide what I wanted and now I’ve been waiting months to keep being told 3-5 working days. Do not order from them go elsewhere!!”
“Before ordering from them, read my review and all the other bad reviews they got. I'm not alone in being scammed by screen with envy. So I suggest you take care of your money, because there's a great chance you'll end up with no money and no product delivered if you order from screen with envy.
This is my story.
I ordered some radiator covers in November 2021 and they weren't delivered when advertised (1-5 working days). After contacting them, they said the new delivery time is in 10 weeks. Those 10 weeks passed, no word from them so I contacted them again just to be informed it will take another 10 weeks to have the products delivered. After 20 weeks I contacted them again to find out the product is out of stock and the new expected delivery is in June and this time there is nothing that can happen to change the new delivery date.
Then I contacted them again in June and, surprise, "we can deliver in August".
So I asked for my money back and, no surprise this time, they say they are making the refund, but after 2 weeks I still have no money back in my account.
At this point I am 8 months behind schedule, with no products delivered and robbed by screen with envy.”

“Ordered a trellis sample which was received no problem via Yodel delivery but the trellis order itself was never received. Having read reviews on Tuffnells Aylesbury deliveries (used to send the trellis (supposedly)) I’d avoid them too as tracking number didn’t provide a date/time for delivery. Wish I’d read all of these reviews before putting in the order. My credit card company will be sorting out recovery of payment. Avoid this company!”

So it is possible that the refund will only be processed tomorrow.
Once it processes this, it can take up to 5 business days for you to receive your money.

Hi Haseeb I got this same answer on 25-5 even though I'm getting very impatient and expect a refund this week or I'll come pick up the screen again in venlo
and put it on marketplace.

“Very, very disappointed with this company. I placed an order for screens and a sample pack on 28th May and have heard nothing since. I also placed an order on 1st June for more screens ...still nothing. Once they get your money they lose interest in the customer.”
“I have now been waiting for delivery of screens and trellises for months.. they used to be unique in what they offer but there are now several companies offering comparable and in some cases better products out there now so please don’t be sucked in by what this company claims to be.! I fell for it but I sincerely hope you don’t make the same mistakes! They habitually lie to you as a consumer by constantly stalling you until there shockingly bad suppliers supply them….. they claim to be a family run business and manufacture all their products but I discovered today that they actually do import their screens from outside of the UK.! They say items are in stock but they are not.! They say items are dispatched and they are not! They promise delivery times which are false even though they know the product hasn’t even left them.! They really are utterly shambolic and utterly dishonest at what they claim to be. It is a great shame as the products are nice but you just have to be lucky I guess….. but my honest advice is avoid.!”

Was only a test order to see if they were reliable. I got my answer. For a £30 order they have lost thousands. Go to Charles and Ivy. My bank are contacting them about fraudulent withholding of funds, and trading atandards will be next. Ignores 20+ messages, emails etc and still no refund after 3 months. Keep away.”
