“Fraudulent company. They advertise stock which they don't have, not even sure they have any premises. Suspect it's the work of a few crooks posing as a lgeit company. They'll take your money, you won't get your products then they'll not refund you. Shocking that companies like this can operate. I've no choice but to try my credit card company and ombudsman now. Avoid avoid avoid!”
“Appalling! Cancelled order two weeks ago. Was informed that I would get a refund in 3-5 working days. When I called at the beginning of the (2nd) week, they had not even processed the refund. It's now two weeks on and they are still holding my money. They clear your account within seconds of placing the order, issue no invoice which I had to chase up. My experience ...the females answering the phones are really confrontational and challenging whereas the males seem to manage a courteous conversation and just get on with the business. Called them again today, message says call queue is 5 minutes, 30 minutes later message says leave name and phone number !! and end of phone call.

“I would give 0 stars if this was an option but unfortunately it isn’t!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered in April for delivery at the end of May / beginning of June. I still haven’t received my order, and after many attemps to contact them I have been told the end of September. There is no contact at all from the company unless they are continuously chased, the customer service is the worst I have experienced and no sincerely apologies for their behaviour!! This company do nothing but scam.”

“We ordered £6.5k of fencing in July 22. Which was promised to be delivered within 1-2 weeks on ordering. Then one month later having rung and emailed numerous times with no response. Then on asking for a full refund we were told it would be processed but we might not receive our money back for 30 days. The head of sales said they have no staff, the owners were on holiday - Sophie even stated in a daily mail article that she hasn’t met most of them : Her flower-covered Perspex screens to protect customers and staff against Covid in restaurants, offices and beauty salons now make up 20 per cent of her business.
‘We hired aggressively, from one staff member last year to 30 now. Lots of them work for me remotely and I’ve never met them, but we have managed to create this incredible team that just gets the business.’’- it shows.

I was sent the wrong order 6 weeks ago and since then written numerous emails, get a reply and then I'm ignored, I have been on the phone to them three times, waiting in a que for 25 minutes and the last conversation I was promised a refund and it has not been done. I'll be ringing them again this week. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I was contacted again yesterday, they asked for my bank details and said they would prioritise my refund to be done immediately. This has not been done, again?!!! “Ordered from this company in Feb 2020, finally screens arrived in November 2020 after constant chasing . Second order they said had been delivered and it never arrived, that took 3 months of phone calls before resolved as they wanted me to prove I didn't have the order ( tricky as I had no photos of something that didn't arrive ???) . Last ( and final) order 3 weeks ago said 5 days delivery, but now told out of stock and no date given. If it wasn't part of a larger garden project I would have stopped at order one. Their call handlers are not connected to the company but outsourced and working to a script. They say you will be called back , you never are. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They sell items they don't have and their call handlers fob you off with whatever comes into their minds. If I could give zero stars I would”

“I wish I'd read the negative reviews before purchasing.. apparently the company is deleting negative reviews. I spent nearly £400 in May and my delivery still hasn't arrived. I've emailed, phoned, tried their instant messaging for weeks and it's the same line of 'someone will get back to you' which they never do.
The website looked so professional and products looked amazing so it drew me in but the delivery and communication is shocking and fraudulent.. I've lost money and months later no delivery or communication on a refund, re-delivery or any attempts to resolve the issue.
I've read that a lot seem to be having the exact same issues with the company. Avoid !!!”

“Placed an order on 1st July for £1700. Told 5 days delivery. Nothing happened so rang after a week, told 27th July. Have rung several times, waiting 20 minutes each time, used the chat and e mail and NOTHING has happened, even though they keep promising they are sorting it out. Stupidly made a smaller order just after the first, and I received a fake dispatch notice telling me to check the goods when they turn up etc etc. Never arrived, tracking didn't work. Such a betrayal of trust. I'm going into dispute process with my credit card company first thing tomorrow.”
“The worse company going. I want to report them for fraud. Ordered over 3 months ago products that were sold as in stock with a 3 to 5 days delivery wait. 14 weeks down the line still no order has arrived. I’ve complained so many times only to be told they are re dispatching my order and again then order never arrives. Tracking numbers don’t work. Like they give our fake dispatch notices just to get you off the phone. I’ve given up. Now they don’t even answer the phone. I’ve spent all day on hold. It gets to around 32mins each time then the line goes dead. Last time I did manage to get in touch with them I was told to: take a chill pill!!! I couldn’t believe it, considering they had taken almost £1000 of my money but still couldn’t tell me when my order was arriving!!! It’s nice to see they are still promoting their company like crazy!!! Please do not order from them!!!”
“Ordered 2 large screens. Had an email saying it's been dispatched, and that's as far as it got. Tracking hasn't updated since. Katie and Oli on live chat keep telling me it's going to be dispatched on the day I talk to them. Which has been every day. Pretty sure it's never going to arrive. They won't refund me either as it's been prepared to be shipped, apparently. They're clearly a very dodgy company, wish I checked reviews before ordering! Will have to raise a dispute with my bank to get money back that way.”
