“ This is only re the new tablet check in. Just complicates things. Queue at the tablet instead of the counter. Make input mistake, queue even longer, what's the point, not progress at least not for customer. Never had any problem queueing at my branch Wadebridge. Screwfix always great on service but this is a step backwards. ”
