“I’ve read some very disgruntled reviews on here and in the main it seems most people only want to leave a review because of a bad experience. Today Joshua from SCS slough has restored my faith in human nature. He was extremely helpful and has resolved the issues that I had with my new furniture. I am now really happy with my purchase and would like to make sure that SCS are aware that it is purely down to the way he dealt with the situation. Joshua I am very grateful. Thankyou !”

“I would like to say how impressed I am with SCS from when I walked into the showroom at birstall batley where all the staff very friendly and welcoming my daughter came with me and was helping me to pick a 3 piece suite and a carpet which I find daunting normally we were helped by a lovely young man called Martyn Ramona he asked what sort of things I liked and showed me different styles and fabrics but knew when to step back so I could choose when I did choose he was exceptional helping me through the process when I had decided in my suite he helped me choose a carpet and took lots of samples so I could see what it looked like together brilliant then I got lots of communication telling me when my carpet would be delivered again lovely and helpful even when I told them last minute that I needed my old carpet taking up As had hurt my knee and struggling no problems at all was sorted in no time . Then when my carpet came nice friendly lads did a fantastic professional job so nice and happy then got texts to say when my suite been delivered telling me exact times which was very helpful my suite came again lovely lads no problems quick and efficient looks so nice all in all I am very very impressed I have had with SCS I would not hesitate to recommend you please say a big thank you to all staff involved they made Me feel so special a real credit to you as a company and would like to tell them all a big massive thank you”

“Had my Sofa delivered today after waiting 6months worth the wait the delivery was Bas-51-379 they were excellent nothing was to much trouble all round from buying the Sofa in Slough branch 😀 everything excellent service Thanks regards Julia kilcoyne Maidenhead”

“Dave was so helpful at the SCS Cannock store, he was able to listen to exactly what we wanted and was able to be patient with us when we were being fussy! He was so good that we actually thought he was the manager! We were able to look around in our own time and didn’t feel pressured at all”

“I took delivery of my beautiful suite today. It arrived dead on delivery time stated. The delivery was so professional. The two men, Joe and Jon were so helpful and pleasant. “We had our corner sofa delivered today, by two happy guy's from Doncaster Chris & Steve, they still had 4 more to go after me, they were great, had to work in a tight area to get the unit in, only word I can say is Excellent personal ref code DON.102.S07”

“3 piece suite delivered 7 weeks ago.It has been in my garage ever since due to the strong chemical smell coming from the fabric We paid 2 thousand pounds for the suite and have been unable to use it due to the dangerous smell which affects my breathing.Had 2 inspections by scs own people .What a joke these inspectors are.Totally biased towards the company.My wife and i are now left with a 3 piece suite which we are unable to use”

“We ordered 2 power lift armchairs and a matching sofa (not powered). Although we had a lengthy wait due to the coronavirus situation, we were continually kept informed. We were given a delivery date and time slot. On the day the driver rang to say they would be with us at 10am (the earliest time on our slot) and they arrived at that time. The were polite, careful and plugged the chairs in to demonstrate their capabilities. Having asked if there was anything else they could assist with, they cleared and removed the packaging and were on their way. We could not have had a better delivery. Well done SCS and staff.”

“Our 3 piece is not yet 1 year old and despite the engineer inspecting it during the summer, he said it was ‘normal wear’ We are pensioners and would say this 3 piece suite is not fit for its purpose to have such uncomfortable worn filling. Would never buy from SCS again. They are not interested..”

“I had same problem they are utterly the worst everything they put me through has left my mental health in bits. Please don’t use them I am so stressed it’s unbelievable. They are not a nice company to deal with. They certainly don’t care about the customers and what they put them through.”
