“100% recommended....I desperately needed to get new sofa's and had an idea of what I was looking for - and then the SCS advert came on TV and there was a sofa which was exactly what I was looking for at a fantastic offer price. I immediately visited the SCS Website and was impressed how easy it was to navigate find what I was looking for. The two sofa's were easy to add to basket and you can choose your options with the click of the mouse. I was given a follow up telephone call from a very polite member of the team who explained how long the delivery of items can take and that I would be contacted to arrange delivery once the sofa's were ready. The company called and arranged my delivery without any fuss. The delivery driver telephoned me with an estimated time of arrival which meant I did not have to sit around waiting. The two delivery crew were fab! - really polite - really efficient and took all the packaging off the sofa's and set them up where I wanted them to be located. I would especially like to mention the Delivery Driver Brian and Crew member Gerry who were most helpful and very professional.”

“A great experience from start to finish,once we made our choice after a number of visits,each time no hassle from sales personnel which made us happy. We put our order in delivery day came,well worth the wait delivery guys were carefull and attentive,removing all packaging and placing in the right place(well done guys Jimmy gibbons mark lawton). A good experience in the shop team valley Carole campolo was our salesperson, a very professional effort (thank you).”

“Arranged delivery for Thursday after carpets fitted on Wednesday 25th October driver Dan and Crew Free at JZD rang 1 hour before to say they were on their way. They put sheets on carpets to keep clean they were very careful with the sofa and chairs and very polite. Thanks SCS for beautiful carpets and suite . Would deal with the Derby store again everything went to plan .”

“My 95 year old grandmother has recently been diagnosed with osteoarthritis, this has come on very suddenly and has changed her from someone who was very outgoing and independent into a frail 95yr old lady. It shouldn't be an emotional experience buying a chair however it was today as she was going to buy a rise and recliner something she never felt she would need. I can't thank Mayson at Solihull SCS enough for making this experience a little less frightening for her, he made her feel at ease and listened to what she needed. They had a laugh choosing what she wanted and he bent over backwards to help her. Mayson and the team were fantastic and we'd all like to thank them so much for their help today.”

“My sofa came in three weeks which I was very pleased about. The delivery men ( mark & Paul ) couldn't help enough, they unpacked the sofas, put them where I wanted them and put all the legs on for me. Which as a single parent with a baby helped me so so much. Thank you again. Mark and Paul EJ2D”

“Ordered a leather settee from scs. Went into the store, staff were not pushy, let you shop around and were on hand if you needed any advice. Delivery guys were brilliant and made sure you were happy with everything before they left.”

“We were rung up an hour before delivery .which meant we wernt waiting around all day ,really pleased we were first delivery of the day .Joe and his friend brought the suite in carefully,unwrapping it and taking away the rubbish .The swivel chair looked a bit technical for me to put up ,they did it in no time .we are really pleased with the suite”

“I rang SCS this morning because we bought a 2 and a 3 seater sofa and delivery is in 4 weeks and I have been worrying myself and have been thinking the large one would not fit through the doorways.Claire from the Mansfield store has rung me back as promised and put my mind at rest as they can come split and built in the room.I am very grateful and this is twice now we have had brilliant service from Claire.If you want good honest service then go to SCS at Mansfield.BRILLIANT.”

“Amazing customer service from Amy at the dearne valley store . Product knowledge& interest rather than been a pushy salesperson made a massive difference , truly deserves some form of praise for her patience & really going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the correct sofas ... Amy made the whole experience a joy from start to finish , so much so we ended up buying 2 sofas from her ... Amy is a credit to your team & will definitely be recommending scs again , due to Amy ..”

“we had our first encounter with Kirsty on 9/3/17, and her manner and approach in answering our questions and her not too pushy sales technique impressed us to the point that we returned as promised on the 16/3/17 and purchased our sofa's. We found Kirsty to be charming pleasant, & very informative. We would recommend kirsty from-SCS J9 Wednesbury”
