My wife was scammed by trip online ,for 80 pounds and when she called them to get refund they tried to take another 80 pounds fro her account,so we cancelled her card ,now they can't take any money, scam ,avoid AVOID ,

Terrible company. Try to avoid buying tickets with them and go directly to airlines. My ticket could not be found in the system and I had buy another one to be let in the jet. I was trying to get refund and they redirected me to airlines. After weeks of calling (non toll free numbers) and writing to them, Airlines had issued a refund and now, MyTrip is telling me they are charging USD 44 fees per person on the refunded amount.

Untrustworthy company. A bunch of liars, cheats and swindlers!! For more than a year, they have been running a continuous series of lies and scams for the sake of avoiding refunding me money that I am owed for flight cancellations. Scammers and fraudsters of the highest level. And there is no one to really talk to. You are zero!

Mytrips took 480$ from me and my flights with spirit were unable to be confirmed. Contacted customer service several times which seems to pretty much always end in decline of refunds without much thought put into any of it. Will never use again and I hope they go out of business sometime soon.

FRAUD - Avoid at any case! Everything is ok, until you buy a ticket from them. Then all your plans end up in the bin. No support at all. Over the phone and the chat there are only bots. Once your original flight gets changed (and this is the case in 99% of the flights), everything you will get are flights with days between connections or flights that do not have a return to your originally bought return destination. Everything you are going to get will lead to rising a refund request and then you realize that the fee for MyTrip is 75% of the amount that the airline is obliged to refund by law.

Mytrip has cause me nothing but absolute turmoil! Avoided at all costs. 6 days before my flight I was sent an email to say all 4 of my flights are canceled. I have not been contacted further. No help offered, no refund, no assistance whatsoever. All contact numbers don't even exist, don't work, and are disconnected. I have no way of getting home for the festive holiday now, I have no way of being with my family and I also don't have money to survive here being short of 14000 rand. IT IS A HUGE SCAM!!!! I will not rest until I am compensated. They have absolutely ruined Christmas for me!! My children don't get to see there mom for Christmas. So thank you very much to my trip for there useless pathetic customer care.

Disappointing Experience with MyTrip and Customer Service Three months ago, I booked a business class ticket through MyTrip, but upon arrival at the airport, I was told by the airline staff that I had been issued an economy ticket—despite showing them my booking confirmation and the price I had paid for business class. Naturally, I was frustrated and immediately contacted MyTrip's customer service to resolve the issue. Since then, I've reached out a total of eight times, each time being told that my reimbursement request is "under process." It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a cycle of repeated promises with no resolution. It has now been three months, and I'm still receiving the same vague response from customer service, while I am left to bear the consequences of their mistake. I expected much better from a service that handles such important transactions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through MyTrip, as their customer service and follow-through on resolving issues are severely lacking.

Scammers!!!! Booked through their website on 02/12/2024 business class one way travel for 31/12/2024 Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City. Once i entered card information and bank verification code i got error msg saying there was an issue. I rang them repeatedly since then always with different excuses including that my card wasn't charged because I had insufficient funds! The money literally came out under an Amsterdam named company. They promised twice to investigate and contact me, nothing ever happened. Reported them to Asic and filed for criminal charges

Avoid Using MyTrip.com - They Took My Money with No Refund I want to share my experience to caution others about using MyTrip.com. I was a regular client and made several flight bookings through this platform. However, my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. Three months ago, I booked a flight to Cyprus using MyTrip.com. Shortly after, Cyprus Airways canceled the flight, leaving me with a canceled trip. I followed the normal procedure on the MyTrip.com app to request a refund for the amount I had already paid. Since then, I have contacted MyTrip.com's support team numerous times, but they have consistently refused to process my refund. Their excuse is that Cyprus Airways has not refunded the money yet. I explained repeatedly that my booking was made through MyTrip.com, not directly with Cyprus Airways, and this issue should not be my responsibility. To clarify further, I even contacted Cyprus Airways, who confirmed that they do not have my money and advised me to resolve the matter with MyTrip.com, asking me not to contact them again. This entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I strongly advise against using MyTrip.com to avoid similar issues.

Very Sad, They Charge 44$ for service charge of Modifications. which is not worth at all... the chat agents want immidiate response do not allow us the time to read what they have sent. they say within 3 mins they would disconnect. and they couldnt change my half booking but they took the full service charge. very dissapointing never going to use their services. its like a crime to modifications

They’ll find anyway to refuse you a refund on the transfer guarantee. My flight was delayed by 3 hours so I missed the connecting flight for the “self transfer”. I called them to help with rebooking and “they can’t rebook you”. Since the airlines don’t talk to each other because it’s a “self transfer” the airlines don’t see your final destination. I lost $1400 because of these idiots. They’ll say they will refund you and it will take 10-15 days to go to their “support department” which is just to get you to go away and means you’re not getting refunded . Do not use them! You have been warned.

I do not recommend this company. When I made my reservation, I made a mistake with a letter in my name and they charged me $200 just to correct that. Afterwards, I called the airline directly and they corrected that letter without charging anything and without any problems.

I looked for flights online and found them to be the cheapest at 398 USD when I confirmed and entered my information I get an email to confirm my ticket and suddenly the price had changed to 498. When I said umm no the price was 398. He said okay I’ll fix it. Then they never emailed tickets when I called they kept saying it’ll process don’t worry then I called back and they said the price was higher and I had to confirm at the higher price. At that point it was cheaper with the actual airline and much less headache.

I don't recommend dealing with them I don't recommend dealing with them, a very bad company, I traveled through them, my bag was broken, with a price of $150, and I contacted them, and their response was unfortunately, we will not be able to compensate you. I advise everyone not to deal with them for their bad service
