If nothing goes wrong, it is OK to flight with them. But! I needed to change my flight dates and I bought refundable ticket, and it was a nightmare to make them help me. First, they can say what is the price of the new ticket and they always say it is much more than I can see in the website of the flight company! So I had to pay more money to change to a cheaper flight. Secondly, it is very hard to get them, and they are hardly understand what you want. I really recommend to pay a little more money and flight with a better company.

I would add 0 if i could. No flight info was sent out and i was told i have to sort everything directly with flight companies. We were booked 2h self transfer from KL to Sydney and this was not simply possible. We arrived from Doha to KL ( terminal 1), traveled via bus to get our luggased and do immigration and received bags 1.2h later and then travelled to Terminal 2( 20 min). Fact is that we were late to check in to Airasia KL-Sydney flight while still waiting a bag in another terminal. They provided no help and kept me on the phone while passing me around 4 different people while saying the next person will help. Then dropped my phone call conveniently and never called back. No curtesy and willingness to see the situation we were in with 2 kids 2h and 4y. Repeated same thing and communication failed big time as there was huge lack of understanding which seemed to be language problem. I will be taking this scam as far as i can as we had to book new flights to get home. What a scam company they are

This company is nothing but a group of swindlers preying on struggling small customers and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes. Two friends and I were all looking at the same ticket, but when I finally purchased it, the dates had mysteriously changed and there was no return ticket included. Originally scheduled to depart on December 7th and return on the 18th, I was shocked to find out that my confirmation only showed a departure on the 18th, the day I was supposed to be coming back. Attempting to call their customer service proved to be a futile exercise due to the excessively long wait times, so I had no choice but to cancel the ticket. When I finally managed to get through, the staff were incredibly rude, showed no concern, and promptly blamed me and my partner for supposedly not selecting the correct dates. Interestingly, my two friends who had purchased the same ticket with the correct dates all paid the same price for the return ticket, while I was charged for a one-way fare but still paid the same amount as my colleagues. It's truly disheartening to think about other customers who may find themselves in a similar predicament. Not only are they charging me a service fee for an error caused by their system, but they also adamantly refuse to investigate their own system and insist that the mistake was entirely my fault. As a result, I am now unable to go on the holiday that I had been planning for months.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Paid 22,014 MXN‬ pesos for a roundtrip international flight that I had to cancel about a day later due to a family emergency. I was issued credit on the site for 17,690. I was able to use a portion of this (7,347.45) for 90% of another flight, then received notification that my refund was used up. I spoke to an agent who said they will "escalate this case", and that I could expect to hear back in a couple of weeks. I never heard back. When I reached out again a couple months later, I was told again that the case has been escalated, and that I should hear back about my 10,342.55 refund in 72 hours. Not holding my breath. Would never recommend this site/company of robbers and thieves to anyone: nothing but a huge waste of money, time, and energy.

Worst company ever. Seems like they scam a lot of people out of their money and there's no way to get it back. My flight was cancelled by the airline in January. Since then they have been stringing me along with the refund I'm owed, telling me it's coming any day now. They have received the money back from the airlines many months ago. Do not book a flight with them, it's not worth it.

Using this website was the most stressful and time consuming experience I have ever had travelling. We booked a flight from Turkey to Auckland. They placed a hold on the $1700 and sent an email saying our tickets would be issues shortly. The flight time became closer and closer and we made numerous calls to customer services where we waited on average 30 - 40 minutes each time. Every single person told us a different story and were completely unhelpful with many saying wait two hours and call back which we did each time. It got to the point where we drove to the aiport for the flight and the tickets never went through. We ended up being stranded at the airport - out of pocket $1700 trying to find a last minute ticket home. The customer service agent at this point told me the booking never got confirmed from one of the airlines so it never went through (we recieved absolutely zero communication or emails stating this and were completely left unknown on what was happening). I said cancel my booking request - they said there is no booking to cancel and I need to contact my bank. They couldn't help me. I phoned my bank - they said they would have to lodge a dispute and would need to cancel my card and do an investigation (I need access to my card while I am overseas). two days later the hold is still on my card - I phone back my trip and wait another 40 mins. This was the only customer service person we spoke to who actually actioned anything. I told them not one of the 5 people we spoke to gave us any information and told us all different reasons. He said we 'should have recieved a booking failed email' which would then take the hold off our money. He raised this to the complaints team and 10 hours later (3 days after the flight was supposed to be) we finally received the email. I am outraged at the lack of systems, the lack of help, the stressful time we put into trying to get this money back and information from this site. Apparently they have a live chat and priortise people with booking numbers - we couldn't access that because we didn't have a confirmed booking. I will never ever book through this site again and I would urge you to never do this, it was extremely stressful, expensive and time consuming being stranded on the other side of the world, out of pocket and not knowing what to do with no support. I am shocked that this website still exits. SHOCKING!

The worst run around ever , I have been waiting for a refund since November 2023 My Trip customer care tell me the airline has refunded them and it’s still not in my account ! This is beyond disgusting!!! Refund me my money immediately

As many probably know it's a scam company. If the flight happens, it can be somewhat of a discount for you booking thru Mytrip as they re-sell flight tickets on the cheap. However if there is any complaications, you have to take them to court to get your refund. I got saved written and verbal confirmation that they would refund my cancelled flight but after re-opening the case several times spending dozens of hours on their terrible customer service (nice people but nothing happens) they confirmed the refund but then never paid and removed any chance of contacting them from the site and archived my booking. So they are 100% scammers, but that's the standard with these sorts of companies unfortunately..

my torture has been going on since covid when I was supposed to travel to Cuba, then I got a voucher from them for my flight which ended up being illegal, after two years I got this information and I couldn't travel to Cuba to use the voucher so I asked refund. they told me to contact the airline that approved the refund and paid them my money, which they never returned to me, and now they are acting stupid and replying to every email with the same automatic message and they don't want to return my money

I booked a ticket with a a flexible cancellation, where you get back 90% of the ticket's price. When I cancelled the ticket to book a new one, they sent me a voucher with a code that isn't working. I have been calling them every day and they were saying it will be fixed "today". It still hasn't been fixed. This is a service the client pays extra for, and the client shouldn't be calling every day to ask for a working voucher code! Avoid at all costs and book directly with the airline!

Appalling experience. Email about canceled flight was sent to spam. Lucky I picked it up and phoned mytrip who assured us we would be placed on an alternative flight. 3 days before departure and still no confirmation, phoned airline who informed us the change could not be processed as mytrip had booked original flight as 4 adults instead of 2 adults and 2 children. Original flights were refunded but lost a lot in non refundable hotels and onwards flight. Mytrip were dismissive in my request for compensation or at the very least a goodwill payment since it was their error. Stay well away from these cowboys.

Everything went wrong due to false and misleading pre-flight info, then it's everybody else's fault. Rubbish customer service, don't expect help in an emergency. They cost me £3000 and two days stuck in a foreign airport with two kids. left us with nothing for our holiday, total disaster. Buy through them at your own peril.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE CLOSED This company is a pure scam. I had bought tickets two years ago. My flight was scheduled with 12-hour layover because of the Lufthansa strike, so I have cancelled it. I'm entitled to a refund and it’s more than $3000 dollars. The company was saying that it’s the airline that doesn’t refund them that was the excuse. At the start of this year, because they haven’t done anything, so I began to threaten them by suing because I haven’t got my money for 1,5 years. That was the only reason that my refund status changed. This April it became: “Refund processed by Swiss. Your refund application has been approved by Swiss and we have received a refund for your booking, We will now process the payout to your original payment method. Our average refund processing time is 6 days after receiving funds from the airline. If any issues arise with refunding to your original payment method, our support team will contact you after this time.”. Because it has been so long, my original credit card has expired. I asked to update it multiple times, but nobody is doing that when a few people wrote me emails with: “We have escalated your case to our finance team to send you a link so that you can update your new card details to process the refund.”, so they confessed that they had my refund, asking me to wait and ignoring my emails too. Today, they told me that they don’t have my refund: “I have checked the details the reservation is already been cancelled and we have escalated your request for the refund to the airline already. However, we haven't received any information yet from the airline as the cancellation was due to schedule change.”, so they are lying. This is a worse experience than you could probably imagine. It has wasted so much of my time, and energy and stressed me out a lot. I’m going to sue them and I really wish this disgusting company to be closed as it should be.

Worst company ever. I had 3 flights and there was a self-transfer with a guarantee. The first flight was delayed, hence I ended up missing the rest of them. Couldn't get anyone on the phone for a while and when I did they said I should've contacted them prior departure, however the flight was short so it was difficult to tell whether the next flight would be missed. But it doesn't end there, the customer rep then proceeded to change his answers as to why I won't be getting a refund. Figured they just want to say anything just so they won't have to return the money. Absolutely horrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

Disgraceful company - Avoid at all!!! Company cancelled my flight and Mytrip decided to refund only 2/3 of my money. Gladly I have paid through Paypal and have opened a case straight away. Any flights leaving UK they are covered by UK law. So .. they MUST give you an optional flight or a full refund back. NEVER AGAIN MYTRIP AND GOTOGATE. Completely Scammers AVOID
