I booked filights through them, gave passengers details and paid in full. They confirmed my booking by email. 3Hours later they sent me another email saying that due to tech error my booking was cancelled.
It has been more than 2 weeks they still did not refund my £2000 and no telephone number or email you can contact them. Now I have no money to book my flights.”

I'm at an airport in another country. Because the connection from Zurich had been delayed and thus unable to make the domestic segment, a stand alone, separate ticket purchased through mytrip. When you buy they sell their products like crazy. But now I am in bind, I must get another ticket quick and get to that airline counter. Again, went through the dozen or so items they sell, and finally made the purchase. Received a confirmation email. i thought all was set. At the entry gate of the airport, this country demands that you show the security guard the itinerary. I opened the confirmation mail. No they don't send you an itinerary, but a link; "view my booking". Clicked, and a message says check your email for a code. I opened my email, copied the code and back to their page and posted. No, it is NOT VALID! Waited, waited, and repeated the process, and mytrip repeated with the response. Yes, what a TRIP!!! I ended up buying from priceline, yes, a few dollars more, but I received a ticket.
MYTRIP, I wish them well. Very much so. But would say this from a distance as I would from using your services.”

“Dont ever use this site..They looting money..The Air India express ticket charged from me 286 British pound using through VISA Card while it was showing on Euro. The same flight ticket was available from 242 british pound equal to Dollar in other many sites. . Mytrip simply looted my cash additional more than 38 Pound from Visa card while I entered all data and visa card details after they sudden saying due to busy of routes and customers demands all prices are increased so you have to pay additional 15 pound. So I thought how its possible to cancel the ticket processing because ZI already enetred all visa card details there. So I clicked next and aftre I checked my bank balance they taken additional 35 Pounds.”
“I would give mytrip 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, charge for services that they then don't provide and are basically a scam organisation. I paid extra for a checked bag and a flexible ticket. On my outgoing flight, the airline wasn't aware of my checked bag. When I went to change my return flight, they said it wasn't possible even though I had paid for the service. They refused to refund even the extra I paid for the flexible ticket and then hung up on me.”
“I purchased a flexible ticket through Mytrip.com, but the service has been far from flexible. Firstly, I intended to purchase a flexible ticket for only one of my two tickets, but the website did not provide an option to select just one.
When I tried to change my flight, I was quoted an exorbitant $2,800 for the change—far more expensive than purchasing a completely new ticket. On top of that, the route they offered me was not what I wanted. Interestingly, the exact route I needed was available on the airline's website, but Mytrip.com failed to provide it as an option.
Frustrated, I contacted the airline directly, and they helped me change my ticket for a fraction of the cost Mytrip.com was charging. This experience left me questioning the point of purchasing a "flexible" ticket through Mytrip.com. It felt like a complete scam.
I will not be using Mytrip.com again and strongly advise others to be cautious.”

1) luftansa for toulouse to new delhi
2) Indigo for New Deli - Ho chi Minh
I was refused at the airport because to take this flight you need a visa for india that you cannot have within less then 3 days.
I lost 700 USD for this one way with 0 refund and after spending 1 day with customer service they mention it's not their fault even if it's not written on their site that you need a visa for a transit time..
Huge scam and many people have the same issue. I was a regular customer. Never again”

“This company is a total ripoff. I made a minor typo when booking a flight, discovered the mistake a minute after the booking then tried to correct the mistake, (booked entered the wrong month for the flight), they insisted on change fees that were about 100% of the ticket. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! This happened 1/6/25, order number 1042-151-804 in case anyone from Mytrip wants to verify the ripoff. I rebooked with the airline directly, ended up paying 2X for the travel. I hate a service that will not let you correct a mistake minutes after booking. A reaonable fee for service is fine but this is unacceptable. Please expect f=lots of negative reviews and lost customers.”

I bought a fast track pass for the airport with them 3 times, 2 of those times it didn't even allow me to use it and I even ended up missing my flight the second time, on top of that, by accepting the terms and conditions I guess they got me into a subscription service they have and they charged me 79€ for absolutely no reason with n o accepting on my side.
Their chat representatives are also very unhelpful, just spitting standard messages and now actually talking or developing any conversation, I urge everyone to be aware of this company.”

I had an absolutely terrible experience with Mytrip.com. I booked tickets for my wife and me to travel from Istanbul to Riyadh to attend a close friend’s engagement. Unfortunately, the engagement was postponed due to his family members' visa issues, which were entirely out of our control.
I requested a special refund from Mytrip.com, considering the unforeseen circumstances, but they coldly rejected it without any effort to assist or empathize. Frustrated, I contacted the airline directly, only to find out that a refund was indeed possible, but the agent (Mytrip.com) had to initiate the process.
When I brought this to Mytrip.com’s attention, they outright refused to cooperate and kept dodging their responsibility to contact the airline. It’s infuriating how they prioritize making profits over providing basic customer support or showing any humanity in exceptional situations like this.
Their behavior is shameful and unprofessional. I expected much better service from a so-called travel agency. Save yourself the trouble and book directly with the airlines or a more reputable agency. Mytrip.com is a nightmare to deal with. How pitiful and disappointing!

Classic bait and switch is the way they work. Booked flights with them , on the website it showed a certain amount and clearly said you pay $1450 odd for the flights and when you press pay after credit card details it switches the number. They charged me $1000 over. When I called in within mins they said well that’s what always happens. Now either keep the ticket or we will charge you cancellation charges and various other terms and conditions. No managers available to talk. They accepted that the website did show me the lower number after pulling up history to. Bait and switch is the way they work. Felt bad for the customer service agent as he was patient but clearly knew what the company is doing.”

I was trying to get refund and they redirected me to airlines. After weeks of calling (non toll free numbers) and writing to them, Airlines had issued a refund and now, MyTrip is telling me they are charging USD 44 fees per person on the refunded amount.”
