Visited the salon after being recommended. Firstly visited for a cut - the cut is fine. Visited a few days later for an all over colour. The colourist seemed very busy and so had an apprentice helping. The apprentice did most of the colour herself and was left to do all the back of my hair without supervision so that the stylist could go to other clients. Speaking to the apprentice, she had only been working there for 5months and trains once every 2 weeks. She seemed to be really struggling. My hair is VERY patchy. Wasn't very noticeable in salon (poor lighting in there, styled in a curly way so couldn't see colour properly). Very unhappy with colour as I was very keen to have an even all over colour and to do this regularly in preparation for my wedding. My roots have been dyed much darker than the rest. It looks horrible. Will not be recommending nor will I be revisiting. Will have to look at having this colour stripped. Waste of money.

Went to Worcester park as a model got my hair done by a young girl called Lotte she had no idea what she was doing was such a terrible hair cut seriously messed up my hair went to rush and they've sorted it and said it was completely uneven I will never be coming back to Sean Hanna very sad but I don't trust no more also the salon was very untidy and dirty

Recently went to Bristol Branch for a scheduled appointment. Had to wait a long time ( at least 40 minutes) to be seen. This happened before. What is the point of making appointments if they cannot be kept within a reason ? Was not offered anything to drink either. The new loyalty scheme is not very rewarding either. It was by far better under the previous scheme where 10% discount applied and 30% on the 6th visit . Very disappointed with this Branch as service has deteriorated over the last few months . I am considering a different salon.

Booked an appointment three weeks in advance for 1.20 pm at your Bristol Salon. On the day of the appointment the stylist went home sick. As I had already left home I agreed to another time of 2.40 with another stylist who was with another client so I was asked to come back at 3.15. At 3.15 I was given a chair and robe and consulted with the stylist, who then returned to her the client she was still working on. At 3.45 I removed the robe and got up and left the salon very disappointed indeed.

My daughter and I have been using Sean Hanna for years .Recently we have started having my granddaughters hair cut there too. . We are loyal customers who appreciated the old style loyalty card .We knew that we received a 10% discount if we always booked our next appointment. We are not happy with the new card system. The initial deposit of £10 on the card may have lulled us into a false sense of security but when I realised my reward totalled 58 pence, when in past I got at least £5.I felt conned .I know I can upgrade card but double or triple points is not 10% I am disappointed in Sean Hanna. We have loyally remained with a stylist who has got more and more expensive as she has risen in seniority and do not wish to make a change but may now consider doing so

Visited Wimbledon branch for the first time today. Nice welcome by Amy. I had Booked for cut and colour with Kirsty. Really happy. Fab cut and colour. Kirsty was welcoming and so easy to talk with. Visited the Bristol salon for the first time after seeing the rave reviews, the salon has a lovely ambience and the hair wash has to be one of the best I've had, normally most salons I've visited don't rinse the soap out so this was a pleasant surprise. The cut was OK, to be fair I'm growing it so only wanted a trim, however where I felt disappointed was I felt they were more concerned about pushing the products rather than the haircut, it was very much about selling products, I felt they pushed it far too much, OK to tell you about the products but felt that by putting what they used on your hair in front of you a little over the top! I wouldn't go back to be honest for mainly this reason, I had a friend who felt exactly the same.

Jade at the Epsom branch is a wonderful colourist and stylist. She understands completely what I want with my hair and knows me well enough to make choices that are going to work for me. I trust her completely! Her blow dry is also second to none, I always leave feeling special and very glamorous!!

I used to love going to the Canary Wharf branch. But recently the service has not been the same standard. - No more calls day before an appointment. - My hairdresser was changed without telling me in advance and new person was quite rough (I was actually afraid to get cut). - The new reward scheme is a joke (£65 paid gives me £0.65 - whereas before I used to get 10% off so £6.50). Seriously thinking about leaving them after being a regular customer for 5+ years!

As always excellent cut, blow dry and colour from Sean Hannah Salon. However, the new points rewards are an insult to a regular customer for the last three years with only £3.36 discount to use on the next visit after spending £168 today.

Went into the store looking for a particular brand. Service was excellent but they didn't have the stock of all the products. I tried what they recommended and was amazed with the results. Went back again and the service was very good and they had the stock available. I have down graded my score from Very Good to Good as when I got home and looked on line, everywhere else the products were significantly cheaper!!

I visited the Bristol salon today for the first time after reading reviews on-line....I was not prepared for my experience.....................it was fantastic, unlike any other salon I have visited! I was sat down straight away and offered a drink from the extensive drinks menu, Adam came over to find out what I was looking for from my appointment; he was very knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful. Jordan then took me to wash my hair in a massaging chair with colour changing mood lighting - I was then given the most amazing and relaxing head massage - not like the usual one you get when you have the shampoo part but a thousand times better and more relaxing. Adam did my haircut, I was so pleased with the result that I felt quite overwhelmed, I have very fine hair which I struggle to make look presentable at the best of times but Adam has created the best cut I have ever had. This is without a doubt the very best experience I have ever had at a salon and I wont be having my hair styled anywhere else again - I'm looking forward to booking my colour! Thank you so much Adam and Jordan. :-)

Lloyd at the Putney salon is absolutely brilliant! He is professional, friendly and dedicated to his craft. He makes an effort to get to know both your hair type and you as a person. He ensures that you are comfortable and happy with any suggested cut and/or colour - he really listens to your views on what you are looking for but will also give an honest opinion on what he thinks will work best for your hair. The last time I was in the salon, he suggested a Tier Drop cut for my hair (to update my current style) and I absolutely love it! Lloyd has also done a wonderful job with colour. I have been attending the Putney salon for several years and have appointments on a regular basis - I always enjoy my time at the salon and would highly recommend both Sean Hannah, and Lloyd.

Lauren at Sean Hanna in Canary Wharf was very informative about the cut, gave a good head massage and explained what she was doing along the way. She used some lovely new products on my hair and spent time blowdrying my locks curl

Charlotte @ Canary Wharf is great stylist & asset to the business. Guess I was a little disappointed that the pricing structure for a full head colour didn't include for a quick rough dry

A fantastic appointment with Zoe in Cambridge she listened to what I liked, advised me on my colour which looks fantastic and is just what my hair needed and took time to get the cut looking great. A fantastic salon experience throughout, I look forward to my next visit. Thankyou.
