“After a hair disaster I was desperate for a 'hair miracle' to resolve the issue. I walked into Putney salon where I was greeted by Dylan. He reassured me and put my mind at ease after sitting me down to talk through how he could resolve my hair disaster. He took time to talk through the best colour choices and how the process would go. When the hair appointment came I felt confident Dylan would deliver and he certainly didnt disappoint. I am over the moon with my colour and cut and look forward to my next appointment. THANK YOU DYLAN!”

“I'm writing a review about Sean Hanna in Putney and specifically about the very talented stylist, Frazer, who I've been seeing for at least a monthly appointment since he started working there nearly two years ago. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Frazer is the most talented hairdresser I have ever had working on my hair. I've been to top salons in Paris, London and Sydney and have never met a hairdresser who can transform hair like Frazer. His colour creation is bespoke and beautiful while his haircuts are exceptional: he is a true hair artist and takes incredible pride in his work. Not only is he a warm, friendly person who always knows how to make you laugh after a stressful day, but his passion for his craft is genuine and he's always able to provide excellent advice on the best 'next move' and products to achieve truly gorgeous hair. I thank my lucky 'hair' stars for the day Frazer started working at Sean Hanna Putney and continue to be loyal to that salon because of his talent”

“I have visited Sean Hanna twice before and left leaving a million dollars. My normal stylist is on maternity leave so I had to see someone else. I knew exactly what I wanted and had pictures to show the stylist. I wanted to go much lighter, white blonde in fact, they replied 'platinum?' so I know they understood what I was asking for. The stylist suggested all over colour which I declined, I wanted a lot of lift without using block colour even if that wouldnt give me what the lady had in the picture. What I have ended up with doesnt look even a bit lighter than when I went in. It looks like I have had my roots done, not that I have gone in for a colour change. I even said to the stylist that it was not the colour I asked for and they said I had to do it slowly. I have been dying my hair for thirteen years and have been able to go lighter or darker with salon visits, my results yesterday were neither. As I wanted such a lift int he colour I decided to go back to Sean Hanna as I thought the stylists there would be able to do this. I have paid a lot of money for this and am really not happy. Now the staff were polite, I was offered drinks, the massage chairs were wonderful and my hair is shiny and soft, however it is now what I asked for. I am upset and angry as this was done for a special occasion; my sisters wedding on Saturday. I am now trying to find a Salon who can fix this for me in time. I will not be returning.”

“Your Worcester Park salon is a really friendly and professional salon. All the stylists are extremely competent. Yesterday, Steph gave me good advice and transposed it into an easy-to-care for style which, today after a wash, has fallen into place very easily with little effort from yours truly. Given the difficult circumstances from an environmental point of view at the moment, the girls cope very well and just soldier on regardless; which these days is commendable. Amy is always very bubbly and professional. I was pleased to learn that Molly-Louise has progressed, especially so because you demonstrate that it is possible for stylists to move through their existing roles and achieve their goals within the organisation. Well done to all of you.”

“I visited the Sutton.Surrey branch.. Staff were friendly..warm..approachable.. Had a cut & finish with Katherine. Very happy.. Several strangers stopped me afterwards..as I was out shopping..commented on how lovely my hair was!! ????????????.. Thank you!”

“I asked for a haircut (long bob - short at the back, long at the front) by what was advertised as a creative stylist, even showing a couple of photos of what I wanted; to aid the stylist. However, I was advised against a long bob as it may not be easy to manage and wasn't recommended to go from long hair to a long bob. My preference however not a preference for the stylist. She recommended keeping the hair a little longer at the front and slightly shorter at the back but with an angle to give it the same effect. However, after an hour of blow drying, cutting and combing I ended up with a regular cut (apparently Sean Hanna's signature 'teardrop' cut). Not best pleased and after a whole hour in the salon I had no interest in asking the stylist to correct it! As soon as I arrived home, I straightened my hair to have a closer look and it isn't much different to how I left the house earlier. If I wanted a trim, I would have got a trim, just 40 pounds less! Really frustrated that I booked with Sean Hanna and paid 52 pounds for a standard cut, no different to what I had. I asked for something different and the stylist wasn't able to perform. Disappointed!”

“I have recently moved to the Bristol area and found seanhanna through online recommendations. I am often quite nervous having my hair done but this was an unexpected pleasure. Izzy made me feel totally relaxed and comfortable whilst getting me shampooed and set-up. She was friendly and professional and I was really glad she was working that day! Noel did wonderful things to my (desperately neglected) hair and I couldn't have been happier with the result. He chatted with me to put me at ease and suggested lots of ways I could quickly and easily style my new "do" with a minimum of effort. He suggested some great products which I am loving and I am (for the first time in ages) looking forward to my next appointment. Thank you so much!”
