“Had my hair cut at wimbledon, dont want to name on here the stylist, was on this occassion less than acceptable. Been having my hair cut by this stylist for approx 5yrs and have the same style every time, when they cut it how i do my best to describe it it is absolutely what i want and it looks like an experienced stylist has done it. On a few occassions my hair has been not what i've wanted, and bearing in mind i have the same stylist and cut every time this is a mystery to me! On my last visit 3weeks ago i left with a cut that i can only describe as less than great and the style/cut was very flat and my hair felt like it was plastered against my head with no lift at the sides which is what i want for my fine oily hair. Went back and had it re -cut, well i left with my hair being shorter which was fair enough BUT my hair is still flat against my head and i'm not happy at all with it. Having oily flat short hair means that as my hair is laying against my scalp with no lift it looks like it needs a wash every day. All this for £70. Very unhappy and in honesty i dont think i will be going back as there is no consistency with the stylist which is a great shame because like i said, when they cut it well and as i like it is fabulous. Name of stylist can be supplied if requested though i dont wish to get anyone into trouble.”

“Jade at Epsom coloured my hair at the weekend - it is perfect! She has been colouring my hair for a while and always listens to what I want and adapts the colour, if necessary, if I feel like a bit of a change. It is exactly how I imagined and wanted it!!!”

“I recommend Darren at the Wimbledon salon, he has been doing my highlights for 5 years and is attentive and caring. On one occasion when I was not happy with the end result he bent over backwards to sort it out. The only problem I have with the salon generally is they charge for a blow dry on top of the very steep cost for colour, if you don't want this you get a junior to rough dry it so end up leaving the salon looking a mess which is a shame.”

“After having a bad haircut at another salon, I made a last minute appointment at Sean Hanna. Lloyd made me feel at ease and assured me he could give me a hair cut I would love rather than just a 'fixer upper'. All I can say is MY HAIR LOOKS AMAZING. Lloyd and the other staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and up to date with the latest trends. Also, the shampoo chairs are MASSAGE CHAIRS. With prices similar to the 'other' salon, why would I ever go anywhere else!”

“Was visiting Bristol for the first time and was recommended Sean Hanna. I had a photo of the style I wanted but wasn't sure if would suit me. Adam was first class and talked me through the style and did the most amazing job! I am so over the moon with it and couldn't stop smiling when stepping out of the salon! It was everything and more then I had asked for. My Husband also had his hair cut and was very pleased with it. BEST salon I have been too, staff are very friendly, great head massages and a very relaxing feel to the salon. Would highly recommend anyone to use Sean Hanna, as worth every penny. Thank you again to Adam and your staff for making us feel so welcome. Helen and Gavin Hodge”

“I went to the salon in Cambridge without an appointment, having seen the offer of calling in on spec and having a wash and blow dry for £20. No-one was free at that time so I was advised to return in an hour. I was assigned to Matthew who did a wonderful job of finding out how I wanted my hair, discussing what he felt would be good, washing my hair and including a head massage. He styled my hair beautifully and it continued to look great for the next 5 days (much longer than usual after a hair appointment). He will go far as he treats everyone with respect and shows a personal interest in his client.”

“I made my first trip to the Bristol salon, for a cut and blow dry, and received lovely care. Corey, made me feel welcomed and listened to exactly how i wanted my hair to be cut. The whole experience was just what you want, relaxing, with great results. i would highly recommend both her and the salon, and i will definitely be revisiting.”

“I have always been one of those people who runs home from the hairdressers to sort my own hair, so can't believe I have found such an amazing hairdresser who totally gets the cut and colour I am after. Hayley at the Bristol salon truly is amazing. She's helped me go from dyed brunette back to my natural blonde, and today she cut my long hair into a shoulder length bob (VERY scary for me) - which I completely love. She listens to what I want and the issues I have with styling my hair, then always comes up with a style and colour to suit. I couldn't recommend Hayley enough - she's hands down the best hairdresser I have ever had and also the nicest!”

“Just over 4 months ago I gave Noël at the Bristol salon an impossible task - I wanted to 'embrace my grey ' have my difficult curly hair cut into a short easy to manage style and still look youngish and feminine! He rose to the challenge magnificently - I've never had so many compliments about my hair, quality of cut etc. I've just been back for the third time and have felt very well looked after each time!”

“Have been visiting the Bristol Salon for a while now and even had my wedding hair done here. Always happy with the service, staff are very good at understanding what I want done, something which isn't always the case at other Salons. The vibrating chairs and head massage always make it a relaxing experience.”

“I had Lloyd in the Putney salon who did an amazing job. I went from having blonde all over highlights to back to my natural brunette colour. In addition, Lloyd recommended that I went for a long bob to suit my face shape....so basically a big change. I could not be happier with the result, highly recommended.”

“Booked appt for blow dry as out tonight for a party and with short fine hair I wanted a bit more umph or volume. Arrived in plenty of time for express blow dry, seated, nice coffee then 15 mins until my stylist saw me. Understand that salon was busy but plenty of others around who could have done it? Lovely shampoo and head massage but then another long wait by which time my fine hair was nearly dry. Some volumising products applied but really very disappointing, hair no different then when I walked in. Haven't been for a while and at this rate won't be back. Sorry.”

“one word... WOW.. I was recently wanting a change of hair do, and I was recommended Rachel by a cousin of mine, so I trustfully booked an appointment with Rachel in the Sutton Salon, i had my hair cut and coloured.. and did she do a good job!! I was very impressed with both her hairdressing skills and the way she treated me (LIKE A QUEEN)!!!! I will certainly be back to have my hair treatment done again by my new Favourite stylist Julie xxx”

“I went to have a wash and blow-dry at the Cambridge store. I told the girl specifically that I wanted it blow dried straight (no volume) as I have frizzy hair. I have had this done at many hair dressers before and it has always come out beautifully straight and soft. After the lady did the blow dry my hair was as fizzy as ever. I had never had any hair dresser blow dry my hair that bad before - I did not think it was possible. When I left I had to tie it back up (I have short hair) as it was too fizzy. This was my first time here and given the cheap price of the blow dry (20 quid) I came to realise that this is not really a professional salon. So you get what you pay for (which is why I did not complain).”

“Really disappointed with my haircut at the Sutton Branch. It didn't sit right so tried washing it and drying it myself when I got home just to see if it was the way it had been dried. It wasn't. I went back to the Worcester Park branch just before closing to get them to check the cut and it was uneven in many places and it needed to be cut again. Wasn't just me being fussy! It's still not right but as it ended up a lot shorter than I asked for I feel I need to wait a few weeks before I can get it sorted ( and pluck up the courage to go for another haircut ). I went to Sean Hanna after reading excellent reviews and i wanted to find a hairdresser I trust. Feel back to square one again. The colour on the other hand was very good hence 2 stars rather than one.”
