Sears Repair Service BEWARE A horrible experience!!! They came to repair the refrigerator in my motorhome in MA. I paid the diagnostic fee, the cost to repair and parts. I explained that the repair would take place at my home in NY. They said fine. Parts arrived in NY and they scheduled the repair date. -------THREE TIMES THEY SENT THE TECHS TO MA------- The link they send you says you can change the repair address by calling. However, there is no phone # listed. You cannot talk to a person unless you request a new repair. That person cannot change the repair address. I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO SEND BACK THE PARTS AND RESCHEDULE THE REPAIR AND PAY ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC FEE AGAIN. I refused and requested a supervisor. They said they would put a note in so I wouldn’t have to pay anything hence….New repair order. SO TODAY I RECEIVE A LINK REQUESTING A RATING FOR THE REPAIR AT 8:30 AM…..BUT THEY NEVER CAME. Again more calls……….. New repair date…Will they come???? And as expected…….NO! Rescheduled…….After I waited around all afternoon.

On 10/02/2024 Sears Technician, Broderick Smith came to diagnose one of my tenants range in which her oven was not working properly. The problem was identified which was the oven temperature sensor not working properly. The technician quoted me the price for the part & labor that would be $479.58. I paid him with a check and the check was funded. He said he would order the part and when the part arrived to schedule an appointment so a technician can come back and install the part. The part was ordered according to him but he entered the wrong address. I contacted Sears customer service numerous of times yo inform rhem that my service address was incorrect and they assured me they would make the correction. The part has been ordered 3 times and till this day I have not received the part. The part has been returned to the sender all three times. I have been calling and have been transferred from customer service, to parts, to scheduling, to speaking to a supervisor, but no one does nothing. Today is 11/05/2024 and I have not heard from anyone. The technician Broderick Smith robbed me $479.58. I have No Part And I paid him for the Labor he did not do. Sears Services is not what they used to be before. Do NOT use them. They are a SCAM. They do not grant you what you are owed or gave respect towards people. I know for a fact I eill NEVER use them again. Sears steals, lies, and do not promise what they say.

These clowns sent me a returned part. Could tell it was returned because of packaging and receptacles were scratched. Worst of all part had been modified - so even if was still operational. Clip had been cut off. Guy from India wanted me to pay AGAIN. In country customer service is non existent 😂😂🎉🎉

Sear has the worst customer service ever. Their word means nothing. They do not honor there contracts. Closed a service order without doing anything. Still waiting on a repair to my furnace. Been over 20 days. Please do not do business with the company. I am also writing the Better Business Bureau about these practices.

Our refrigerator was out of service for over three months, and Sears Home Services refused to honor our $720 warranty appliance service. Consequently, we purchased a new refrigerator and requested to cancel the service and receive a refund of the $720 warranty. Sears assured us that they would cancel the service and initiate the refund process. However, after the service was canceled, we were informed that we had already received adequate value, and our $720 premium would not be refunded. We received no value at all; the problem was misdiagnosed, incomplete parts were ordered, and Sears simply abandoned the repair effort. The process was incredibly frustrating as Sears scheduled multiple appointments, then cancelled with little notice, often late in the evening, and then rescheduled blindly without asking about our availability, only to cancel again. We spent hours on the phone with Sears customer service. They repeatedly misled us with half-truths and disingenuous lies. We sent a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Unbelievably, Sears Home Services responded in writing to the BBB stating that they had given us a refund, which is completely false. The sheer magnitude of lying by Sears Home Services (aka Transformco) is difficult for honest people to comprehend. AVOID SEARS HOMES SERVICES. THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

My mom is a senior citizen with health issues she has been waiting for 30 days for someone to come and repair her fridge from Lg they has not yet came out to repair it sears keep giving her a run around she has no food she no medicine everything was lost they are a scam they also verbally abused her on more than one occasion continue to cancel the appointment they sent the parts over 3 weeks ago also they refused to replace or refund her the money for the brand NEW Fridge the man stated you are old and don’t need to eat and refuse to give her money to replace her medication and food she is in fear for health someone help and don’t buy from SEARS ai also loss wages from my job to help my mother they keep false promises and texts

Terrible service and overpriced. Last week I requested refrigerator repair and the price of the repair was equivalent to the cost of a new refrigerator. Customer service was horrible and reps barely spoke English.

You are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I scheduled a refrigerator repair for yesterday between 1-5pm, which you confirmed multiple times by text and email. No one called. No one came, despite an 8:00 am email confirming someone would be there that day (yesterday, Oct.3). I later found another email sent after that in which you rescheduled me--without discussion with me--for Wed, Oct 16, a day I never requested or agreed to; moreover, it is a day I cannot take off from work. I missed work and lost $600 yesterday. You do not take accountability. I spoke to at least 6 people--including a floor team supervisor. No one could tell me what happened, why you did what you did, nor offer a quick solution. Customer relations would normally find a way to send the repair person over right away. Not Sears! I will NEVER buy from you or work with you again. They had every opportunity to address this but did not!

Sears has to be the worst maintenance. They want to charge you $150 just to come out then they charge you for parts and labor that’s about 500. Then they want to sell you the warranty program which is $100 a month and when they fix the refrigerator, the problem is not fixed. They have to come back out and you want to cancel the warranty and it’s a big rigmarole. Sears is a big scam they used to be. They are not anymore. Don’t buy their appliances. Don’t get the repairs. They’re the worst ever.

Sears.com took my money and have no idea where my product is they call tell me expect delivery the next day to call that day to say my range is not in stock! Called & was hung up on. It’s been a month & no answers. Sears is or has become the worse

They rescheduled on me twice in a row ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT HALFWAY THROUGH THE DAY. Have fun getting an actual human on the phone. They should not be allowed to do business and I haven't been able to do laundry for two months, and I cannot return my appliance. I have a busted dryer with no repair because of this company and no reimbursement.

I wanted to let your company know that I have had my Kenmore True Hepa 360 vacuum for 25 years strong. It's a bit banged up, however it works great. This vacuum has survived 2 kids, adults now and 4 cats 2 still living and 4 moves, one across country from NY to AZ. Thanks Amy D

Purchased ext warranty for dishwasher. Waited 3 weeks to get serviced. Repair man said between 9-5. So……wait at home for 8 hours? Worse than the cable guy. Finally 445 shows up. 20 min later says “I need a new part” I’ll be back in two weeks.” So……5 weeks from original phone call. Rediculous!

Two weeks ago I had an appointment which costed close to $400. As soon as the repair man left we tried the machine and it was doing the same thing. Scheduled an appointment to have him come back and it was a week out, ok fine. Today, they accidentally canceled my appointment and now the earliest appointment is another week out. Keep in mind I already paid for the first appointment already.

IT'S A SCAM!!!. For you sign up for they tell you that you don't need to pay labor. They'll send a technician the next day and you talk about labor ($595) and you have to pay that upfront before them fixing anything and they will be back after 3 weeks or more depending on their availability. If you don't agree to this. You have to pay their diagnostics 119 dollars. So it's a SCAM!!!!!

Well, why don't you show for 1 thing? I took an unpaid day off work, and no service? You were pretty quick to schedule next day service for 8 am and you took my credit card quickly enough . The operator once I got a hold of one was rude. If my card gets charged next stop for me is the Attorney General.

Sear keep scheduling an appointment, an no one show up, I been dealing with this problem with my range since July and it's not fix as of yet,but when it time to renew the warranty sear is calling day and night..once the yearly warranty is up I will not be dealing with Sear..I would never recommend Sear,they had no empathy or compassion, I have taken off of work twice for both appointments they had scheduled..and all they have to say is sorry, but I'm still dealing with the same situation..

Sears sent a defective part. We now have to have it replaced at our expense again. It was $140.00 to get the part put in. It will be another $140.00 to replace the defective part. The defective part is $299.78. That eats we will be out of pocket a total of $579.78. That is $350.00 less than the machine was brand new. Are they going to cover the labor cost, no. Dint use Sears. They do not care about their customers only your money

I’ve been dealing with Sears home repair since May!! Waiting on a refund they keep telling me I’m going to get in 7-14 days for a job they never showed up to while i waited for and wasted 2 days since i rescheduled 2 appointments with them. This is fraud!
