“ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY NEW BEDDING!! So much so that I have now ordered the matching curtains. Such amazing quality and the colors are so fresh! I had a small tear in the fitted sheet, but i spoke to customer services and they had one sent out the very next day and collected the damaged one at the same time. Their Customer service is outstanding. Will most definitely order from Secret Linen Store in future. 10/10 !!”

“Hi Molly and Harriet I washed the linen duvet and pillow cases on cold wash and line dried. They came up really lovely. Light and airy to sleep in. Even my husband commented how nice the linen felt. Would like to be able to purchase fitted sheet for mattress but not sure if this is part of your range. Best wishes and stay safe and well. Nichola”

“Great service and product, looks beautiful.. though would say it takes a while to get used to the linen feel. I'm not sure it feels any cooler however (which was main reason for purchase) but nevertheless don't regret the investment as looks great and involves no ironing (big plus!).”

“Ordered duvet cover sheets etc came really quick however I ordered a mattress topper and some pillow cases on the 25th June and have not received them yet although i have paid for them”

“The linen looks and feels beautiful, I am yet to wash it but it is soft straight out of the bag. I wasn't happy with the first colour I ordered (French Blue) but had really easy communication and was sent some swatches to help me choose more accurately so that was great. I was able to swap it for a navy set very easily. Very quick delivery, and lovely packaging. Excellent customer service.”
