“I've purchased pillows, duvets, mattress topper, duvet set and a throw. All absolutely SUPERB quality! You get what you pay for and I'm very satisfied with all my items and it's worth the 3 week wait for them to be made.”

“imagine my horror when 2 days after using my superb linen sheets i discovered holes in them!!!! I immediately phoned to tell Linen Store and immediately they dispatched a replacement sheet..... so thank you Linen store fro your prompt response........however, i did ask for feedback on 'sheet-gate' but have heard nothing??? i was disappointed not to hear back on their findings”

“I.love.this.shop. I love all the products I've recieved so far. The bed linen covers are all wonderful and I've just bought some beautiful French blue curtains. The delivery is always quick and I love the little extras that you get! There is always a deal on of some sort, and if you subscribe you'll get email notifications of voucher codes and updates. I'm waiting waiting to finish my bathroom refurb and then I'll be buying towels! I.love.this.shop.”

“Love your products. Sadly, at normal price the products are a little high for me, but I understand that that is the price you pay for high quality products. I've recently purchased a linen duvet cover and two pillow cases from you during your sale. They are beautiful and soft to the touch and really set off our Japanese styled bedroom. Thank you.”

“Poor customer service. I spent the whole day trying to find a missing returns....no one informed you had found it...I should of been working yesterday but instead I was looking on CCTV et etc for a parcel you said hadn’t turned up. You should of informed me the very second you found it...if you couldn’t get through via the phone you should of emailed me. A whole day wasted. I haven’t even been notified re my refund... DPD was searching their records...my local drop off was searching their CCTV......I am so so angry!”
