“It's a product that is holistic in that that the Secret Linen Store have clearly considered the customer journey end to end. Whilst the product is sumptuous the very act of receiving it adds value to the nature of the items. Beautiful, beautifully presented, prewashed so you can immediately enjoy them, reading their own newspaper whilst enjoying a thoughtful cup of supplied tea. Ten out of ten.”

“The products are fantastic and the delivery was very fast but the box my order arrived in was bashed and broken and could easily have meant the products inside were lost or damaged. I spent a lot of money so felt that aspect was very poor”

“I was very pleased with my experience: helpful responses to my two telephone calls and a very speedy delivery. My only criticism is that you do not give any detailed washing instructions. You say that fabric conditioner can be used but what do you recommend for detergent? Biological? Non-bio? Something suitable for delicate fabrics? Perhaps you could let me know.”

“This is the first time I’ve purchased linen bedding, and took the plunge as I’d heard such good things. I’ve really enjoyed the texture and luxurious feel. The items I bought came beautifully wrapped, and quickly, it felt like a treat to open; like a little present to myself. Thank you. I can’t see me going back to regular bed sheets to be honest, I’m going to slowly filter it all out in favour of pure linen, it’s the way forward!”
