“I ordered a king duvet which came with no pillowcases. So I ordered 2 pillowcases and they are a different colour and the wrong size.”

“Scam. False advertising. They set their products 10%higher than they want, give a 10%off code every week and then offer a 10% off loyalty code that cannot be used with the original 10% off. False advertising. I've been watching these for quite some time now, I've never seen their items at the price they claim to have sold them at before the offer.”

“On arrival of my first order of 2 single sheets and pillowcases, I thought your items were of excellent quality, good size, well sewn and nice soft feel. I in due course recommended them to friends and placed more orders for sheets, duvet and duvet cover. Sorry to say that although I wash all my linen with care and usually end up giving items away because I am tired of them, a few months down the line I have found your sheets have gone bobbly, I cannot remember this happening with any other bed linen except some cheap ones that I bought in a sale one time and also quite a number of threads on the dandelion duvet cover are breaking away. The duvet we find is still good. Considering the price paid for the items and the amount of time that I have had them before they have gone shoddy I would not now recommend your product.”

“The reviews for the throws were really good as were the reviews for the store. I wanted the throws to smarten up two sofas for christmas. They arrived quickly, they were well packaged. They were so thin. I know they were for a bed, but even for a bed there was no weight or body to them, not much more than a heavy cotton sheet or thin blanket. I used them because it was christmas, but one already has a hole. I would not recommend for a bed, definitely not for a sofa. If it had not been for christmas would have seen them back.”

“Ordered Navy striped sheets, which were expensive, so was very disappointed when they arrived and the colour was more like a charcoal grey. Asked for an RMA and was told I'd have to pay the return carriage, even though they were not as described. Eventually a Collect+ returns label for up to 2kg was received by post. The goods weighed 2.2kg though, and were refused by the Collect+ agency! I had to go all through the procedure again to get another label that was suitable for up to 5kg, and return to the Collect+ agency counter. Even when the goods were back with Secret Linen, a week later, the firm had to be chased up before a refund was received. I daresay they can, and do, do better most of the time, but this has put me off shopping another time.”

“Whilst the service, packaging and delivery of my order was very good. I was disappointed with the quality of the "cotton"? fabric of the duvet covers and matching pillow cases and not the cotton I was expecting at all. If I had know the poor quality I would not have bought them. I will not purchase again.”

“The ordering and delivery was excellent. I ordered the denim strip grey duvet, coordinating sheet and pillow cases(260 thread count) It advertise 'Using a denim weave, you can really see the pattern and texture in the fabric' in reality means the duvet cover and sheets and cases felt rough/course to the touch. Washing did not soften the fabric either. The linen, washed according to instructions, came out very creased and a gentle low setting tumble dry did not manage to soften or reduce the creases either. “Beautifully packaged and presented but I was so disappointed as the colours were so different from the photos online. i realise that they are not mass-produced items but the bedding I received was in no way the lovely vibrant colours which I saw online.”

“Read this before buying Great marketing and lovely presentation but; *samples are free however very small and difficult to tell if suitable. *Quality is ok but not worth the price tag *There should be a warning on the packaging not to remove as it cannot be returned/refunded if you do. Difficult to see it through the ribbon and polythene. Launders no better than other less expensive linen. All in all a real disappointment.”

“I received my goods and two were not what I wanted so I followed the inst,ructions to return them. To date I am still waiting to hear how I should proceed...I need to know where to send them back”
