“My experience was superb: from ordering, asking questions online and receiving an answer almost immediately, to my delivery. Thank you. I haven't used my linen as yet as it's too cold presently, but it feels lovely to touch and I have to mention the wonderful scent of the linen - I'm only disappointed that after inquiring about the wonderful scent I couldn't buy any! Instead, I have purchased the recommended ''Wilton'' washing liquid and conditioner, plus, some soap nuts to try. We have to treat the linen - and environment better - don't we. First class company!”

“Fabulous, I wasn't sure if pink wasn't going to be a bit too girly, but it looks amazing against my grey walls. The curtains let in a soft light, without blocking the light completely, it's a lovely and gentle way to wake up. The quality is fantastic, they slide easily on the pole. I could not ask for more.”

“My experience with this company (discovered not so long ago when looking for new towels) has been excellent. I ordered some face cloths and returned them when I had decided which colour towels to go for. I had a prompt email to say the return had been received and my money would be back in the bank. It was quick, efficient and polite. I would use this company first time and every time.”

“I am absolutely in love with my curtains. I was looking for the perfect curtains for a few months and I knew that Secret Linen would fulfil my expectations. The fabric is also really good, they are very soft! They arrived in less than a week. I am very pleased with my decision!”

“Very annoyed that my grey bedspread has just been delivered by DPD with the box you put it in opened right across the tape. I can see that someone has cut across the join where the brown tape was stuck, to see what was inside. The bedspread does not look as though it has been interfered with and the advice note is intact. The sticker which you put on the box saying secret linen was obviously too much for the curiosity of a dishonest member of the workforce. I love your products and am sorry to have to report this. I had an issue with DPD some months ago and when I wrote a review on Trust Pilot, DPD had it removed; so much for an honest review . Jill Sargent.”

“Beautiful linen for the bed, the fabric is a little harder after washing, I may try some sotener in the wash next time. But really gorgeous nonetheless and a lovely colour - Cumin.”

“Poor quality duvet set. The pillow cases have a very shallow pice to hold the pillow in so always starts to come off. The duvet cover buttons are constantly coming undone. Won’t be shopping again.”
