“I purchased the Sateen Smooth linen in the sale but now realise that it must be designed for the summer? The material is rather flimsy and creases terribly. I wasn't over the moon, maybe the linen material is better?”

“Your service is very good. Offer of free of charge fabric conditioner when I wasn't happy with the feel of the bedding I bought. Friendly communication. However inferior product quality, apart from the lack of softness it also feels flimsy and snags really easy.wouldn't buy it again or recommend. That said it is only one particular product I am reviewing, others may be better.”

“I cannot praise Secret Linen store highly enough. I have bought quite a lot of their sheets now and they are simply the best of any I have bought. Their colours are fantastic and the sizes are so generous. Their customer service is outstanding and the office was so friendly and easy to deal with when I once needed some info. They go the extra mile and it shows. The packaging is lovely, and I have bought sheets for presents too. Delivery is swift and as Eco as it can currently be and their returns policy is generous as hopefully they don't expect many! Five star all round.”

“I was really pleased with my purchase from Secret Linen and how quickly it arrived. I will be ordering again. The only part of the ordering I was disappointed with was I never saw the email before I paid for my purchase which would have entitled me to money off my purchase.”

“I ordered bed linen, throws and cushions which arrived very promptly. They were beautifully packed and exactly as described. Even the colour was a true likeness. I haven’t used the linen yet so don’t know how well they wash, but have high hopes. Many thanks.”
